Le village de Saint Félix Lauragais est magnifique, c'était une belle surprise pour nous. Trouver un établissement comme l'Auberge du Poids Public dans ce village était très appréciable : belle architecture de la batisse, chambres confortables, décoration soignée, accueil très professionnel. Le restaurant gastronomique est très attractif et comme nous n'avons pas pu y dîner, il nous faudra revenir !!

With a little more attention to detail and a few minor adjustments this would be a better experience

Central Fridge / Freezer for general use
Nice restaurant and food at the evening meal.

Cons:

A/c was nice in the high temperature but was a little noisy.
Toilet seat needed changing.
Cleanliness fell a little short in the corners of the bathroom.
Both hair dryers failed to work properly.
The milk at breakfast had gone sour and curdled in the coffee, yoghurts were more like milk.
Overall the establishment was a little tired.

Excellent overnight stay and meal
Pros:

Excellent welcome , apartment was perfect and dinner and breakfast excellent. Very comfortable stay for one night for three of us. The view from the apartment is wonderful.

Pros:

all the staff were delightful, helpful and welcoming. We had the apartment which was perfect for 3 of us and we could relax, chat etc and it had its own garage.
The food and restuarant was fantastic
