Cons:

Ks tự ý hủy phòng mà không có bất kỳ email hay tin nhắn nào từ booking với mình. Lúc mình đến là 3h30 chiều, nv đưa ra lý do nhắn WhatsApp cho khách không được, sđt khách ghi thiếu chữ số 0 ở đầu ks không gọi được, một mực đổ lỗi cho mình. Ôi mình cũng k biết là mình lưu thông tin booking thế nào, nhưng 10 năm nay thông tin không thay đổi mà hàng chục ks mình đã đặt trên booking đều gọi được cho mình, 3 mới trước đó ngay trong kỳ nghỉ này cũng gọi được mình rất smooth, đây là ks đầu tiên bảo không gọi đc mình với lý do ấu trĩ thế. Nv đưa ra option đặt phòng tại cơ sở 3 của họ thì giá gấp rưỡi giá đã đặt, mình không đồng ý và gay gắt thì nv còn thách thức mình họ có toàn bộ bằng chứng hợp lý để hủy phòng, cứ việc gọi booking mà kiện
Sau khi mình gọi booking thì ks nói sắp xếp phòng bên cs3 với giá bằng giá đã đặt, nhà mình đồng ý nếu phòng tương đương. Nhưng đến nơi, thực ra là 1 ks khác và không hề tương đương với phòng mình đã đặt, không có view và không gồm ăn sáng, mình không đồng ý thì nv của họ đi về không giải quyết gì thêm. Nhà mình mất hơn 1,5h để giải quyết với booking và tìm ks khác, vừa mệt vừa tan vỡ kế hoạch tham quan
