Buen hotel pero la cabaña estéticamente básica
Pros:

Los jardines y los jueves tienen musica en vivo en el restaurante

Cons:

Nos tocó una cabaña que después vi en recepción que costaba $94 y yo estaba pagando por una habitación de $104 con 2 camas. Adicional la cabaña tenia como lo básico y rudimentario. Para ser un hotel ya deberia estar estéticamente más moderno.

Beautiful Hotel - Friendly staff - Very good Restaurant
Pros:

The staff was excellent. There was some mix-up between Booking.com and the Hotel regarding the reservation. The staff was very accommodating and found us a room. They were exceptionally friendly and respectful.

Cons:

There was some mix-up between Booking.com and Hotel Dos Rios concerning our reservation. The Hotel was able to see our reservation on the Booking.com side of the transaction but it had not transferred to the hotel side. The hotel staff handled the issue with exceptional calm and understanding. I expect better of Booking.com. I also saw no advantage in the price of the room even though I have Genius Level 3. Again, I expect better of Booking.com.

Eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte ein Leck, so dass das Wasser vor die Toilette lief.
Die Einfahrt sehr steil was das hinaus fahren erschwerte und Belag schlecht präpariert.

Clima espectacular con maravillosos jardines

Los jardines, el restaurant y la ubicación . Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estadía, la habitación tiene una cafetera y una nevera pequeña.

Cons:

Hay mucho ruido proveniente de las habitaciones aledañas, cuando caminan vibra todo. Y Las almohadas son muy altas

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautifully landscaped and the room was kept very clean while we were there. Two separate things. 1) Raul Salas was amazing. He spoke very good English and was able to assist me with everything from getting a glass of wine to paying my bill! 2) The morning we left, I dropped my credit card. I realized it later in the day and called a friend of mine. She contacted the hotel and the gardener had found it! I got it back the next day. We are so grateful to the gardener who was so honest to turn it in! Thank you, sir.
