Pros:

Дуже привітна хазяйка, яка завжди допоможе. Якщо ж є питання або щось треба - завжди можна зконтактувати з нею. Приємна атмосфера, чисто, затишно. Збережено іспанський колорит в цьому помешканні. Кондиціонер в жару просто must have і він тут є. Постіль чиста. Почуваєшся як вдома. Кухня обладнана усім що треба. Ванна кімната чиста, завжди вимита. Хазяйка дуже дбає про свій отель, щоб було комфортно мешканцям. Рекомендую.

Susana is an incredibly kind and welcoming host. She was always attentive and regularly asked if we needed anything. She cares deeply about cleanliness and keeps the apartment in excellent condition. Above all, her priority is making sure her guests are comfortable.

To future guests: please read the listing carefully before booking. This is a private room in a shared apartment, not an entire apartment. The rooms are spacious, each has air conditioning, clean bed linen, and fresh towels. If you need clean towels or fresh bed linen during your stay, simply ask Susana—she is always happy to help.

I would also like to give a special thank you to Susana because our flight arrived very late, close to midnight. She stayed in touch with us the whole time, sent clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, showed us where our room was, and even completed the online check-in for us to make our arrival as smooth as possible.

Overall, everything was wonderful. Susana, thank you for showing us how welcoming this country is and how kind and genuine the people here are. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

Weil ich bestohlen wurde bin ich sofort abgereist nach dem Diebstahl. Und weil jede Nacht Radau ist in der WG Wohnung.

Ich wurde bestohlen von anderen Gästen. 400 Euro fehlen mir. Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Es ist das Schlechteste, was ich je hatte. Dort wohnen Langzeitbewohner, die nachts um 1.00 Uhr kommen und Radau machen.
Es wird jede Nacht ausgiebig geduscht. Im Zimmer neben der Dusche kann man nicht schlafen. In der Küche wird nachts um 2.00 Uhr Essen zubereitet und dabei laut geknallt. Niemand kann schlafen. Da man sich das Bad mit anderen teilen muss, wie mit einer Frau und deren Freund hatten also „andere“ immer Zugang zu meinen Dingen im Bad. Dort wurde ich auch bestohlen. Die Sicherheit ist in der stickigen Unterkunft absolut nicht gewährleistet. Die anderen, die dort wohnen, sind Tag und Nacht neben dir und begegnen dir.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Susana was amazing – super kind, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. She really made me feel welcome. Would definitely come back!

Pros:

The host was very kind and friendly. Due to ongoing construction on our street throughout the week and the associated noise, she kindly offered us a room in a different apartment, which was also very nice. We had everything we needed, it was reasonably clean, and the other people were friendly as well. We were able to use the washing machine and hang our clothes to dry, however the oven was not working but there was smaller oven on the counter so we managed to cook everything we wanted. The apartment is just a few meters from a bus stop, making it really easy to get around Alicante.

Pros:
