Pros:

Friendly staff in all areas. Comfortable public areas. Dinner was good & so was breakfast.

Cons:

Whilst the room in general terms was acceptable the bathroom is now looking tired. The bathroom floor area needs a proper clean, particularly in the corners beside the vanity unit & behind the toilet.
Mattresses are now rather tired & very soft, offering little support.

Beautiful country place 🥰
Pros:

I loved the location, the old world charm the outdoor spaces were just beautiful. The spaces around the bar was open and spacious. The room had everything I needed for my stay, very clean and tidy thoughout this was in the room and Corridors. The staff were very polite and welcoming and nothing wasn't a problem for them. Me and my friend had breakfast there too and it was wonderful good selection of Continental and cooked breakfast options.

Cons:

Nothing to write here.

Pros:

Very friendly, clean and lovely area. Nice beer garden, plenty of room for the children to play and the entertainment in the conservatory was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine for everyone apart from my Grandson who has coeliac disease. I asked before booking breakfast what was available and safe for him to eat. However at breakfast he was given a frozen loaf of GF bread with no means to defrost it. I asked for a couple of slices to be defrosted which they did but it took about 15 mins.
The bacon (GF)and sausage (not GF) were in the same tray although separated there was only one set of tongs for both items
They did make him a lovely hot chocolate which he loved but served it with a biscuit containing gluten on the side.
The staff were lovely and tried their best but there was a very distinct lack of allergen awareness.
