Poziția,personalul de la recepție.Noroc că palul era comod și lenjeria curata!

Camera lângă o magazie unde erau aruncate diverse obiecte și de unde se auzea zgomot de motoare...hota...!Toată noaptea zgomot!Pentru a putea dormi am utilizat dopuri de urechi! Curățenia lasă de dorit!

Cons:

La struttura vecchia e da ristrutturare sicuramente, soprattutto le camere e bagni.
Pulizia scarsa e servizi anche.
Colazione inclusa scarsissima abbiamo optato per un altro bar nelle vicinanze.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata soddisfacente. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta, poiché erano stati effettuati lavori di rifacimento del bagno. Inoltre, la pulizia generale lasciava molto a desiderare.

Un altro aspetto poco professionale è stato il fatto che la cameriera abbia bussato alla porta per effettuare le pulizie circa un’ora prima dell’orario previsto per il check-out, creando disagio e interrompendo la nostra permanenza.

La camera, inoltre, era sprovvista di servizi che ritengo essenziali, come frigorifero, phon e prodotti da bagno, nonostante fossero stati richiesti.

Considerando il prezzo e le aspettative, il servizio ricevuto non è stato all’altezza. Mi auguro che la struttura possa migliorare questi aspetti per offrire un’esperienza migliore ai futuri ospiti.
