Locație excelentă și mic dejun bun, dar curățenia și serviciile oferite nu justifică prețul plătit.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost bun și diversificat, iar locația hotelului este foarte bună, aproape de principalele obiective turistice și de mijloacele de transport.

Cons:

Din păcate, curățenia a fost sub așteptări. La sosire, podeaua camerei nu era curată, iar mizeria era vizibilă. Pe parcursul celor 7 nopți de ședere s-a ridicat doar gunoiul, fără să se facă deloc curățenie pe jos. Camera a fost destul de mică, iar în baie nu a existat gel de duș, fiind nevoită să îmi cumpăr singură.

Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. Medet in the front desk is very polite and helpful, also the lady in the kitchen and cleaner I forgot her name Saita or whatever. and the receptionist in the evening shift The location is good as there are many shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The room is very small but it's ok for a two star hotel.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Istanbul. Le petit déjeuner était très varié et vraiment très bon, avec beaucoup de choix chaque matin. Le personnel a été adorable, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider à tout moment.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est aussi un vrai point fort : il est proche du centre-ville et cela nous a permis de faire beaucoup de visites à pied sans difficulté. C’était très pratique pour découvrir la ville et profiter pleinement du séjour.

Merci encore pour l’accueil et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe, nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel 😊

The only acceptable thing was the breakfast.

I didn t liked that on booking I read something but when I got to the hotel nothing was like this. We didn t had room shoes, the bed sheets was definetly not changed, it was full of hair, the bathroom was miserable. The shower was full with kalk , the water smells very bad, so the room wasn t cleaned before we got there, I can even say it was not cleaned in a long time. The second day I told them we want to change the room, even if we have to pay more. We want it , they said that we can change it, they gave us a key from the room above of the first one, so we got up there to check it. Guess what? It was worse. We didn t had a shower head, so we got down and gave them back the key and we said we will keep the first room. We left for 2-3 hours, and in this time we decided to go to another hotel. We where back to the hotel we packed out things and when the reception guy saw us, he started to laugh and he said " are you leaving? Why so early?" After he knew our problem... so he helped us with the luggage till the door and he said " have a good evening" 😃. They don t have any problem, bc they keep the money. Ao we paid 2 hotels in total. I don t even had words. The worst hotel experience in my life. The photos are nothing with the reality. Check the reviews and never come hear. I m sorry that I didn t took some photos, but I see a lot of them here anyway.

Blizina hotela tramvaj T1 i glavnim atrakcijama. Blizina soping ulicama i radnjama . Menadzer i zaposleni izuzetno pozitivani , srdacni, spremni da pomognu.

Cons:

Dorucak nije po mom ukusu,jako oskudan, kuvana jaja, makarone u nekom umaku, par vrsti salata, jedna vrsta mesne salame, puter i dzem. Kafa,caj...S obzirom da su veceri bile hladne u nasoj sobi nije radilo grejanje,ali smo dobili daljinski za koriscenje klime . Za cenu koju sam platila nije se moglo vise ocekivati. Trebalo bi da malo obnove slavine u kupatilu ali nije mi mnogo smetalo.

Personalul,mic dejunul ok.la prețul oferit este foarte ok.

Cons:

Mirosul din baie de umezeala,nu are de cat o ușița de 5cmx10cm de aerisire.nu exista pară și furtul de duș .de la 6 dimineața mirosea a mâncare în cameră.
