Sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis richtig toll!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Uns wurde an der Rezeption immer geholfen bei Fragen und Arrangements.

Cons:

Das Bad ist klein und der WC-Bereich sehr eng. Das Bad allgemein ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sieht dadurch nicht sauber aus.

Pros:

Very nice personale and great hospitality. Would recommend this place. The area is nice too no noise in evening hours.

Cons:

Many clothing shops in the area are only wholesalers. So you have to go further away to find retailsalers. But the hotel is only 30min walk from Grand Bazar.

Ho adorato questo hotel molto vicino alla metro yanikapi che porta ovunque per visitare tutta istanbul, ci ritornero mol
Pros:

Il personale, lo staff, persone gentilissime ti trasmettono un buon umore e tutto cio che ho chiesto mi è stato procurato.

-The staff was very polite and helpful

Cons:

The room was NOT clean at all. The bedsheet was dirty aswell, the bathroom also wasn't clean and it had a bad smell. We asked the receptionist to send a cleaning lady and change the bedsheet, so they did. After that, the room was much cleaner, but the new bedsheet wasn't 100% clean, which is an important detail for a lot of visitors. Overall it wasn't a good experience. The hotel is cheap, but you can get WAY more value in other hotels for a little more money in the city. (I took a picture of the bedsheet right after we entered the room)

An excellent cheap hotel in the city center. For little price you get a nice room with good breakfast. We were welcomed by a great guy Meded at the reception, he was very responsive and always at our needs

Pros:

Дуже гарне розташування, всього 20 хв до Блакитної мечеті, я взагалі не користувалася громадським транспортом. Біля готелю одразу є аптека, супермаркет, кафешки і сувенірні магазинчики. Максимально дружній персонал, Метед, Сіара і (hey sister 😂) є душею готелю, прям хочеться вертатися знов і знов.

Cons:

Деякі елементи кімнати потребують ремонту або ж заміни, але впринципі окей. І обовʼязково платіть готівкою(євро або ліри), бо якщо картою то не вигідна конвертація взагалі

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix avec un personnel exceptionnel et petit déjeuner excellent
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins, merci à Madad pour sa gentillesse et son aide , toujours souriant il nous a donné de très bons conseils . La chambre est propre et fonctionnel, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le lit confortable. Il est assez bien placé pour tout faire à pied et il est près des transports . Beaucoup de restaurant et de magasins dans la rue . Cet hôtel pour moi est celui qu’il faut si vous chercher à un prix raisonnable, le confort , la sécurité et la propreté.
