Honestly, I won’t stay there again.

No receptionist onsite . No good for elderly ones. Received delayed codes or replies.

It worked for what we needed, but didn't exceed expectations.
Pros:

We got sick when staying here, and the AC worked wonders directed at the bed. The shower was great, and the location was just down the street from the Fatima pilgrimage spots. The restaurants across the street were super easy to access, and the entry door was secured.

Cons:

It didn't seem extremely clean. We were at the end of the hallway and halfway through our stay, the security door closed and wouldn't stay open so accessing our room was both a hassle and extremely dark. The last day of our stay, the breaker would keep popping even though we only had the AC on and our phones plugged in - no lights were on. I had to turn it back on twice, and remove and reinsert the card by the door a few times.

Località stupenda, ristoranti e negozi super efficienti…l’accoglienza in albergo purtroppo è inesistente

La posizione centrale è comoda per raggiungere il santuario

Cons:

La struttura necessiterebbe di una riqualificazione (no moquette) Letto aggiuntivo in camera a tre semi distrutto e materasso con molle rotte. Lo staff per l’accoglienza era inesistente( siamo riusciti ad avere l’accesso e il numero della stanza dopo svariati messaggi e tentativi di chiamate ). Non c’è controllo sul distributore bibite.

No me gusto la actitud de la persona que nos recibio, me habian dicho que si pagaba un valor extra me entregaban la habitaciòn, informe que llegaba con dos adultos mayores y maletas, si embargo la respuesta ese dia fue que no tenian disponibilidad por temas de la limpieza. adicional la persona que me atendiò super despectiva y poco empatica. La comunicaciòn toda a traves de un whatsaap y no fue tan idonea, me toco hasta escribir a booking porque no contestaban. Asi que la experiencia no fue buena
