The Superior Double Room is a room adapted for disabled people, both the room and the bathroom; access to the terrace is not the same, as there is a step to access it.
We recommend that the junior suite room be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and one child. There is space for 4 adult guests, but the sofa bed is 3.3 foot 22 inches.

Hotel was clean, staff very pleasant, room good, bathroom very good. Parque de Sciences / Turia Parque is a 15 minute walk way.
Breakfast was poor, we had to ask for the items to be restocked because there was hardly anything to eat. Breakfast was also in a sister hotel some 5-10 minutes walk away. Hotel said it had parking facilities but this was also in the sister hotel which although in the same block was actually 1.7 km drive to get to due to the one way systems.

Location is good for walking to town centre and the Turia gardens.
The hotel occupies a single floor in a block of apartments. The room was adequate but the noise coming from the apartment above into the small hours (chairs and tables scraping and something heavy rolling up and down the floor) made for a sleepless night. We put in a formal complaint to the hotel staff in the morning.

A estrutura é fasntástica, tudo muito novo e limpo. O quarto era extremamente confortável, sistema de climatização excelente, banheiro com box grande e um ótimo chuveiro.
O hotel nos ofereceu o serviço de "baggage room" sem nenhum custo, o que foi perfeito tendo em vista que nosso vôo chegou bem antes do horário de checkin.
A localiação é ótima , a cerca de 5 minutos de uma estação do metrô da linha 10, onde conseguimos fazer baldeação para vários pontos da cidade.
A Cidade das Artes e das Ciências fica a cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada do hotel, e na nas proximidades é possível encontrar comércios de todos os tipos.
Hotel solicitou pagamento através de link externo ao Booking, o que não me agradou muito.
Entrei em contato com o suporte do Booking e também diretamente com o Hotel para verificar.
Na política de cancelamento realmente fala que deveria ser feito um pagamento antecipado, mas eu me sentiria mas seguro se fosse feito diretamente na plataforma.
No fim deu tudo certo, mas fiquei receoso.
