La ubicación es maravillosa.
Si quieres estar realmente viviendo Playa del Carmen es un sitio perfecto.
Si vienes aquí no te gastas el dinero en un resort alejado del centro. Aquí puedes salir en cualquier momento a dar una vuelta y estar por la quinta avenida, los mercaditos y probar comida local.
Aparte la diferencia de precio es muy notable.
Nosotras repetiríamos sin ninguna duda.
Por cierto, el desayuno a la carta un gran acierto 😊
Los ascensores no iban, pero nos subieron las maletas.
Nos arreglaron la ducha cuando lo pedimos.

La habitación en general muy bien, cama cómoda con amenidades, la alberca en la terraza, para refrescar en la noche, buen desayuno para comenzar el día, agua disponible para cafe o tee todo el día, ambiente tranquilo para descansar, esta cerca wallmart y central de ADO
La caja de seguridad un poco chica, la alberca es chica, pero cumple,
La ubicación y la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel es excepcional.
Sugiero que organicen mejor los espacios y zonas verdes, ya que se ven poco amenas para disfrutar de la psicina.

L'emplacement, la disponibilité convivialité du personnel, le petit déjeuner, l'eau natural à disponibilité, la végétation autour des piscines
Le fait qu'il soit totalement interdit de fumer même dans les extésrieurs de l'hôtel (cours et roof top)...😡
La verdad no esperaba encontrar un hotel así de bueno, la ubicación es sin duda lo mejor que me llevo, literal llegue caminando a la playa, la quinta avenida, hay restaurantes, oxxos, hasta una plaza (la cual ya no pude ir por falta de tiempo, pero que rayos, una plaza a pasos de distancia) en fin todo excelente, el servicio al cliente, la limpieza, el trato, las vistas, la comodidad, sin duda pienso regresar.
La verdad solo hubo una cosa que si me hubiera gustado cambiar, y es una mesita en el cuarto, la verdad desconozco si por el tipo de habitación no estaba considera o incluida pero si nos hizo falta jeje por el maquillaje y cositas de mi esposa, fuera de eso todo muy bien

Central location, few minutes walking from the Quinta Avenida. The staff was nice and helpful.
Rooms would definitely need some maintenance. No light in the toilet. Everything looks worn out. The elevator is broken, very inconvenient.
