Posizione ottima, servizi ottimi
Pros:

Hotel a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Quinta avenida.
Ha 3 piscine di cui una sul tetto e ascensore interno. Stanze grandi, alcune con balcone, doccia ampia e asciugacapelli.
Colazione in loco molto abbondante e personale molto gentile.
Molto utile il distributore di acqua depurata calda o fredda, in modo da riempire le borracce prima di uscire.
Molto vicino ci sono negozi, ristoranti e anche grandi supermercati.

Pessoal muito atencioso e localização excepcional, muito próximo na praia e das ruas principais do centro.
Estacionamento coberto e fechado com portão.
Decoração das áreas comuns e quarto agradáveis.
3 piscinas diferentes, ótimas para se refrescar.
Café da manhã "continental" ao estilo mexicano, a la carte, bom frente ao que tivemos em outros hotéis da região, com suco natural, frutas em boa quantidade e variadas opções de ovos.

Cons:

Cama um tanto barulhenta, sobretudo cabeceira soltando da parede.
Ambiente simples do restaurante anexo, onde é servido o café da manhã.

Un bell'hotel a Playa del Carmen
Pros:

La struttura ci è stata consigliata da un'agenzia locale e siamo stati contenti di avere seguito il loro suggerimento. Le camere si affacciano su un cortile interno con piante, piscine e lettini. Le camere hanno balconi con sedie e tavolino. Nella stanza il letto era grande e comodo. Avevamo scelto la formula con la colazione, che viene preparata dal ristorante a fianco alla reception. Prevedeva frutta e un piatto alla carta, tutto molto buono. Hanno un parcheggio sotterraneo coperto, ideale per lasciare l'auto qualche giorno e godersi il mare. Al piano terra c'è acqua calda e fredda a disposizione dei clienti e anche caffè solubile e zucchero. Del personale Cesar conosceva l'italiano, ci ha fatto piacere chiacchierare con lui, gentile e professionale.
