Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer lag allerdings im Nebengebäude, sodass man relativ lange durch einen Gang laufen musste. Das war etwas umständlich, aber ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schönes Hotel.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der angenehme Wellnessbereich. Den Außenpool konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen, aber auch dieser sah sehr schön aus.

Für eine Nacht war es insgesamt ein schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Søde og venlige personale ved valet parkering

Cons:

Receptionistenerne var ikke særlige hjælpsomme.
Brandalarmen gik om natten og vi fik ingen information bagefter. Kun af brandmændene.

Spa and wellness centre . It was clean, well equipped, toiletries were good and room daily tidy and replenish of coffee etc

Cons:

Non opening windows and air conditioning wasn’t effective. Couldn’t get towel rail to heat up. Room was quite small.

Would highly recommend this property that was great.
Pros:

The hotel was just simply beautiful. It was great facilities and the staff was very attentive.

Cons:

The only issue was when we first arrived at the East wing We could not get in the door as that’s an auxiliary wing of the hotel. It took a bit, but someone walked from the main part of the hotel over to the desk there. Again, the facilities were fantastic, and the people were just as exceptional. This was the only concern.

Buena opción para visitar Zúrich y alrededores.
Pros:

El personal era muy amable y la sala de juegos con billar nos pareció una excelente idea. Lo pasamos muy bien en ella. Además el hotel está ubicado delante de la estación de tren. Muy fácil y cómodo llegar al centro en él.

Cons:

Más espacio de almacenaje para la ropa. Apenas había cajones ni baldas. En el baño no había nada de mostrador para poder apoyar la bolsa de aseo.
