Hermoso hotel antiguo, bastante bien mantenido. Cómoda la habitación y muy buena ropa de cama. Espectacular el entorno de naturaleza y la piscina grande que está en el sector externo Se pueden realizar largas caminatas por la montaña en la que está o alrededor del hotel. El agua termal super caliente y la oferta de soluciones curativas es amplia. ..Muy buen desayuno

El spa. Las piletas

Cons:

El trato de los administrativos del spa. Y la señorita que hizo el check-out. Muy prepotente y de mala gana la atención de esa señorita. No vi un libro de sugerencias, ni quejas al alcance. Deberían escuchar al cliente. El resto del personal, excelente los de limpieza, mozos, administrativos. Felicitaciones para ellos, se nota compromiso en su trabajo.
