Excelente estadia! Voltaria mais vezes!
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro, do conforto da cama, das amenidades, da localização, da receptividade, da gentileza da Milena. Tudo excelente!

Cons:

Não tem elevador e é possível ouvir todo o barulho das pessoas transitando no corredor.

La habitación amplia, muy bien decorada. Es una casa antigua puesta en valor. Excelente. El baño muy cómodo. Las toallas impecables. La ropa de cama muy bien. Agua y bombones de cortesía. Todo muy limpio. Con servicio de limpieza diario. Todo lindo. La ubicación muy buena

Cons:

Nos hospedamos en Casa par ya que buscaba un alojamiento que disponga de un espacio para comer. El comedor estaba muy frio ya que el aire no funcionaba. Los cubiertos Tienen que cambiarlos no cortan los cuchillos.
Alquile 2 habitaciones, una de ellas tenia mucho olor a humedad y la grifería de la ducha no funcionaba, respondieron a mi pedido ajustándola pero no regula bien el agua, sigue funcionando mal. Me pareció caro para lo que ofrecen. Estas cuestiones que menciono te cambian la estadía. Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei era diferente da foto, não tinha a janela e pé direito alto que foi o que me chamou atenção. Também não há elevador, importante para quem tiver dificuldade de mobilidade e malas grandes.

Buen sitio para disfrutar Buenos Aires.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable!. La atención es buena. Tuvimos un problema de aseo la primera noche y fue solucionado y además compensado al día siguiente.

Cons:

Podría ser espectacular si no fuera por detalles mínimos pero muy importantes. En nuestra habitación en el primer piso había una humedad en la pared Ku yo al tocador y otra en el baño. Eso da un aspecto y una sensación de descuido. Es algo fácil de corregir.
El otro punto es el cuidado con el aseo porque la noche que llegamos las sábanas se notaban morosas y de mala calidad y además hubo un descuido en el aseo. Cabe anotar que eso fue la primera noche y que al otro día todo estuvo impecable.

Good value for money if you can sleep easy anywhere. Not for me.
Pros:

Spacious room with good bathroom. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

No central heating, and only hot air from the aircon which makes it either very hot and dry or cold when you switch off. The duvet is synthetic and doesn’t breath so in combination with the aircon it doesn’t make for a good night sleep. The doors are thin and I had noisy neighbours, but earplugs did the trick.

All in all, a perfect spot to be in BsAs. Will definitely come back next time I come around.
Pros:

Located in a perfect spot in Recoleta. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops, buses and subway lines. Very central to be able to explore the old original part of BsAs and also the new Palermo Hollywood and Soho areas. Also the fact that the building is an old french style petit hotel adds up perfectly to the charm of BsAs, the Paris of the South. Highly recommended.
