It exceeded all expectations and was perfect for me and my two little girls.
Pros:

The pool was perfect for my little girls. It was extremely clean and pleasant for us all. The breakfast was great with so many various things which made it easy for me to get my girls set and me too. The staff was extremely great and helpful and pleasant. Our room was huge and had so many amenities, the whole experience was perfect for us.

Cons:

I don't have any real critique points here. I assume they have to renovate as time goes on. It would be helpful if some food was available bu their restaurant was closed for renovations.

Es war für mich ein Zwischenstopp. Ich bin alleine unterwegs gewesen und habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Der Parkplatz hat reichlich Platz, das war absolut kein Problem.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war sehr unübersichtlich.

Perfetto per una sosta tranquilla subito fuori città
Pros:

La struttura è una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in auto ma tranquilla per non stare immersi sulle vie principali. Dotata di una piscina piccola ma carina, colazione ottima e piuttosto varia. Camera grande e luminosa dotata di un sacco di accessori di cortesia!

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ da rimodernizzare, si vede che ha molto potenziale ma è vecchiotta sia nella struttura che nell’arredamento di interni ed esterni.

Dat het restaurand wat er eigenlijk bij hoort nog niet open was. De nieuwe eigenaar was zeker vriendelijk, behulpzaam. En werkt er aan dat het restaurant snel open gaat.

Heerlijk zwembad met handdoeken.
Kamers zijn prima.
Personeel is erg aardig. Ontbijt was goed en er was vers fruit.
Voor diner is restaurant Al Shami Ristorante (vlakbij hotel) een aanbeveling.

Cons:

Tijdens het boeken stond op website hotel en booking vermeld dat er een restaurant zou zijn. Deze is tijdelijk gesloten ivm verbouwing, maar Al Shami Ristorante is zeker aan te bevelen.

Karaktervol hotel met schaduwrijke tuin
Pros:

Prima bed en goede kamer. Het karakteristieke hotel ligt in een schaduwrijke tuin. Fijn zwembad. Lekker ontbijt met vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke koffie. Tegenover het hotel is een bushalte zodat je makkelijk naar Modena kan.

Die Lage

Cons:

Es war nicht klar, dass wir in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht wurden. Ebenso sieht man das Zimmer welches wir hatten nicht auf den Beispielfotos. Unser Bett war schon deutlich abgenutzt (v.A. der Kopf des Bettes) und es hat nach Kanal gestunken, am schlimmsten im Bad. Die Tür zum Zimmer sah aus, als wäre sie schon einmal aufgebrochen worden. Wir fühlten uns in der einen Nacht nicht sicher. Aufgrunddessen sehr schlecht geschlafen.

Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls falsch dargestellt, es gibt keine frisch gepressten Säfte oder reiche Auswahl an Wurstwaren/Käse oder Gebäck.

Wir waren froh wieder weggewesen zu sein und kommen nicht wieder. Auch nicht für eine Nacht.
