Это очень красивый отель, стильный, в дизайне номеров много всяких красивых деталей. Отель новый, очень приятно находится, номер достаточно большой, хорошая косметика в номере. Расположение супер. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Если буду еще здесь, обязательно забронирую номер!
Завтраки вкусные, готовят быстро, для ребенка хорошие европейские варианты завтрака, если нужно быстро позавтракать перед насыщенной программой - идеально!

Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to all the actions and good transportation links. Rooms were comfortable, cleaned every day. Staff were great, an overall very pleasant experience!

Good and of a high standard overall. The breakfast could definitely be improved
Pros:

Perfect location! Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I also liked that there was an iron in the room and a water refill station.

Cons:

I found the mattress a little too firm.

Breakfast is not buffet-style. There are three breakfast options, each with a limited selection. If you want anything outside those options, you have to pay extra. I didn’t really like that, as when breakfast is included, I would expect something more in line with the “by Hyatt” standard. There’s definitely room for improvement :)

There is no swimming pool, but I already knew that before booking.

If your room faces the main street, you can hear some traffic noise, but nothing too serious.

It’s our first time staying here and it’s a very short walk to Nankai Namba station which takes u to Kansai airport.

Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka and the premiere hotel to stay at while in Osaka!
Pros:

My fiance and I were incredibly surprised by the service, the quality of the rooms, and the convenience that the hotel had provided. The staff were so nice and accommodating and made it super easy as we did not know much Japanese at all. Would recommend staying here again and other Caption locations.

Cons:

We loved everything about the hotel! There was nothing that we did not like about the place, it was honestly perfect.
