Todo perfecto. Habitación amplia y limpia, con aire acondicionado, cama cómoda y ducha con mampara. La anfitriona ha sido inmejorable. Nos ha dado todas las facilidades posibles, incluso gestionando ella el transporte desde el aeropuerto de madrugada a muy buen precio. El desayuno muy variado y bueno y además nos lo subía a la habitación cada mañana.

Excellent emplacement et accueil

Cons:

Chambres déprimantes, vue sur cour. Cinq étages SANS ascenseur, pas pratique du tout (escalier eb colimaçon). Pour quelques euros de plus on peut avoir un hotel correct dans le même quartier.

La amabilidad y la atención de la persona que nos atendió, una divina. El desayuno servido en la habitación, la ubicación excelente, los servicios excelentes.

Cons:

Por poner algo, que nos costó un poco encontrar el lugar ya que se encuentra ingresando por un local de masajes y la zona está bastante atestada de tiendas y gente. El acceso es a través de escaleras en un segundo piso, pero nada de otro mundo, excelente lugar.

The owner is such a lovely and caring woman, I felt as though it was a home not at all like just accomodation. The place is quirky and dated and there’s no lift so be prepared to o climb a few stairs but the overall experience is one of great value because of the integrity of the place. It’s a low budget option and so it’s not for anyone wanting something more sophisticated but on the upside it’s very quiet. I’ve just moved into a ‘nice’ hotel and there’s a number of guests on each floor which means I hear people gathering and talking and then making noise with their doors and the plumbing all hours of the night.
I’ll definitely stay at the Kiem again, I had a great night sleep there!

Cons:

The stairs are something to have to climb but luckily my bags were taken up for me.

Pros:

Bon emplacement. La dame en charge est très gentille et sert de bon déjeuner. Elle a été très accommodante pour notre arrivée tardive (minuit et demi) et notre départ tôt (6:30). Elle est également prête à répondre aux questions. Logement est bien.

Очень понравилось проживание! Удобное расположение, хороший номер. Отдельная благодарность управляющей! Очень приятная женщина! Помогла поднять чемодан, очень вкусно готовит, всегда на связи и готова помочь по любому вопросу. Договорились с ней не только на завтраки, но и на обеды с ужинами, и это было лучшим решением!
Если планируете посетить Ханой, то очень советую этот отель!

Очень приятная хозяйка. Я выезжала рано утром, она сделала мне завтрак и вызвала такси.
Прекрасное расположение, рядом исторический центр, есть где погулять вокруг.

Posizione ottima. Si accede da una spa. La proprietaria e la ragazza al banco tour al piano terra sono state gentilissime, ci hanno supportate in tutte le nostre necessità. Doccia comodissima.

Par rapport avec le prix , le P.D ne sont pas raisonnable pour nous, c' est y compris dans le tarif ou c'est donné? Car on n' est pas des SDF.
Jamais nous vendre les produits miserable mais avec ce prix. C' était impossible !!!

Cons:

L' escalier est trop petit, les valises n'ont pas été montées.
La chambre est mauvaise, les draps ne sont propres pas pour l' hôte.
