Was overall happy... would probably go back to staying at the Grand.
Pros:

Beautiful spacious lobby. I love the fireplace, the stores, the coffee shop and the restaurants within the lobby. The staff was amazing.

Cons:

just like with most little America's the rooms are separate from the lobby. The room was a little rundown. The shower didn't work properly... each time we showered we stood in shin height, water in the bathtub. Also parking is $18 a night.

Der Pool und der Fitnessbereich.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer außerhalb des Hauptgebäudes bekommen. Es sind recht weite Wege zum Pool oder zum Fitness. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel aufgrund eines Wasserschadens haben wir ein Zimmer zur Straße und zur Straßenbahn raus erhalten (vorher nur zur Straße, was auch schon laut war). Es war fast unmöglich entspannt zu schlafen - die Straßenbahn sowie die Autos waren sehr laut hörbar.

Auch die Hotpools waren außer Betrieb, was sehr schade war.

Wir hatten ein paar Tage Entspannung erwartet. Für das Geld kann man sicherlich Besseres finden.

Nice property.. terrible bedding:\
Pros:

Nice property with pleasant grounds, restaurants, swimming pools.

Excellent location.

Room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The sheets were awful. Itchy, poor quality. So bad that I ended up bringing in my own set, which made all the difference. Otherwise, bed was okay.

The bathroom wasn’t great, like motel bathroom, and the bathtub was clogged:\

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

I stayed here many years ago and they have not updated it at all. It's very worn out. The tub wouldn't drain so you're standing in your water. Seems a little deserted with some of the buildings not in use.

Great stay in a beautful hotel
Pros:

There was a water mains break in the street causing a complete shutdown. We were relocated to the main building. Very nice spacious room, fully equipped. This is a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. Great service and very friendly.
