Pros:

Everything was pretty good: the price, rooms, and service. The employees are friendly and care about your satisfaction. The coffee shop at the hotel is wonderful for Turkish and Arabic coffee. There's also a Raslanh café in the same hotel that's yummy. It takes 7 minutes to walk to Almasjed almabwi for men (gate 39), and 10 minutes for women. If you're used to staying in luxurious hotels, this one probably won't be your favorite, but remember there's a big difference in price. This hotel is perfect.

درجة حرارة مياه الاستحمام كانت جداً حارة، وعندما اضعها في الجانب البارد قوة المياه تصبح خفيفه.

Excellent service from reception team and restaurant team. I will be back to stay with this hotel
Pros:

Overall the food are delicious and the staff in restaurant very polite and kind. Thank for best service from Mr.Dony and Mr.Saqib and Thank you very much for the reception team you are awesome and very flexible for supporting the customer. View madinah hotel is 3 star hotel but the service same as 5 stars hotel. This hotel very recomended to stay with family.

Cons:

Overall is good may be only the parking payment recomended to be same price with parking basement masjid Nabawi.

Very unprofessional. When I was checking out and standing at the reception desk, I showed on my mobile banking that it’s been paid, they didn’t believe said it hasn’t gone through and made me paid again saying if it goes twice they’ll refund! It’s been over 2.5 months they haven’t refunded and no one is replying even now. Initially they’re. I’m unable to reach out to them from the UK. They’re due to refund £272.13. If it didn’t happen I’d have scored exceptionally good but I’m unsure how else I can try my refund!

بصراحه الفندق والإقامة فيه فوق التقييم مااقدر اوصف قد ايش كانت الاقامه مريحه طلبت منهم غرفه واسعه لان الوالده عندها كرسي متحرك وبالفعل الغرفه كانت واسعه واضاءه الشمس ماشاء تدخل في كامل الغرفه طاقم الاستقبال يعطيهم العافيه بشوشين ويستقبلو الضيف بابتسامه وساعدونا كثير في موضوع اننه نزيد كم ساعه لان موعد طيرتنا بليل والمفترض نخرج 12 من الفندق بس تعلونو معانه وجلسنا كم ساعه واشكر الاخ محمد حسني ونعمه الاخ ساعدنا في موضوع المزارات ووفر لنا سياره للمزارات وللمطار وفطور الفندق متنوع والطاقم متعاون جدا ماشاء الله مستحيل يكون في شي كل شي ممتاز وراح اعتمد دا الفندق في كل نزلاتي للفندق
