Fantastic Breakfast Comparable to the World’s Best Hotels
Pros:

A beautiful resort hotel that offers almost everything, including a lovely beach. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding. I travel extensively for work, and this breakfast buffet can easily compare with some of the best hotels in the world. The rooms are excellent — we stayed in Junior Suites. Comfortable beds, friendly staff despite limited English skills. I was the only white guest at a hotel with 190 rooms. The hotel grounds are enormous, with great walking opportunities. Complimentary bicycles are available. Ms. Rose at the bistro bar by the children’s pool deserves special praise for her exceptional kindness and for contributing to a wonderful stay for our family.

Cons:

Because the hotel is located so remotely (which is wonderful), it is unfortunate that the owners take advantage of the fact that there are no shops nearby. The two complimentary water bottles provided in the room are tiny, and the hotel charges eight times the store price for a half‑liter of water (same product). In addition, the hotel prohibits guests from bringing drinks purchased outside, disguised as a hygiene concern, clearly to increase revenue. It is disappointing and very un‑Vietnamese. I have never experienced anything similar during my many trips to Vietnam. The unnaturally high prices for food and beverages also explain why my family was completely alone in the restaurant, despite the hotel being fully booked on Saturday night. This is a clear misstep. The pools were also marked as closed between 10:30 and 15:00, which is very strange if they wish to attract Western tourists (Asians generally do not swim during the day).

Despite these issues, we still had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much.

Todo, llevo 70 paises visitados en toda mi vida y puedo decir que este ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado, moderno, comodo y playas para ti solo, personal atento y el general manager muy simpático y un trato excepcional, vamos una maravilla. Una experiencia fantástica. Gracias!

Pros:

Отличный отель. Большая территория. Прекрасная кухня. Персонал отзывчивый. Бассейны чистые. У отеля чистый пляж. Дополнительные услуги : детская комната, велосипеды, доставка до номера, спортзал, массаж - на хорошем уровне. Спасибо!

Главное, что мне очень понравилось в этом отеле — его концепция. Видно, что отель продуман не случайно, а с идеей и вниманием к деталям.

Отдельно хочу отметить персонал. Сотрудники подобраны очень грамотно: вежливые, внимательные, спокойные и профессиональные. Особенно чувствуется, что люди на руководящих позициях действительно контролируют процессы — от ресепшена до завтрака и кухни.

Владельцу отеля очень повезло собрать такую команду, потому что именно на команде держится весь гостиничный бизнес. Это сразу чувствуется в атмосфере отеля.

Номер тоже хорошо продуман: удобная планировка, комфортная кровать, приятное пространство. Отдельно отмечу правильное расположение кондиционера — он не дует прямо на кровать, и это большой плюс.

В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление. Видно, что у него есть сильная основа, хороший стиль и команда, которая старается.

Phòng rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Ban công rộng ngay mặt biển có thể ngắm cả bình minh và hoàng hôn Nội thất rất mới và đẹp. Hồ bơi rất rộng , có rất nhiều giường tắm nắng mới với đệm dày và êm ái, nước hồ bơi rất sạch và trong, họ dọn dẹp ngày 2 lần. Cảnh quan đẹp hoàn hảo với nhiều cây xanh và hoa nở, chim hót . Khu nghỉ dưỡng thực tế đẹp hơn rất nhiều so với những bức ảnh.
Ăn sáng phong phú và rất ngon. Họ có 1 đầu bếp nấu món châu Âu ngon số 1 và giá cả rất hợp lý.
Tất cả nhân viên đều thân thiện, vui vẻ , giúp đỡ chúng tôi rất nhiều.
Có dịp quay lại Huế chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục ở đây.
