La struttura è vicinissima, proprio al centro del paesino, per parcheggiare si parcheggia fuori perché lì è ZTL ma si trova parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi ! Camera discreta ! Per una notte va più che bene

Relaxing haven in the centre of Rethymno Old Town.
Pros:

The amount of private space in the centre of Rethymno Old Town can’t be beaten in my opinion.
It’s a simple place, but really relaxing and the AC worked perfectly.

Pros:

The studio is located in the very centre of Rethymno, it has a beatiful terrace and our hosts were so very helpful with unexpected difficulties which arouse from our side.

Great Location with Spacious Terrace, Minor Maintenance Needed
Pros:

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the Old Town and close to the port. Beautiful, large terrace that I could enjoy. Plenty of storage space, a big fridge, comfortable bed, and good air conditioning. Very clean with crisp white towels and bedding. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Despite the central location, it was quite quiet - you could hear voices from nearby shops and restaurants, but for me it was more like white noise than actual disturbance.

Cons:

The downside, unfortunately common in Greece, is the lack of attention to certain details: hanging cables, an old TV mount left on the wall, lots of dry plants on the terrace, broken items like an umbrella, swing, and an old shelf with clutter. These things are very noticeable and spoil the overall impression. Some tidying up, removing clutter, and caring for the plants and cables would immediately improve the place and likely increase the rating by 1- 2 points.

Сподобалось місце розташування, в самому старому місті, та тераса, де можна посидіти на вулиці

Кімната дуже занедбана, , ремонт оновлювали мабуть років 15 тому, якщо не більше, а душі пліснява, меблі старі. Вартість оренди абсолютно не відповідає умовам та сервісу

Beautiful terrace
Pros:

I did love it. Maybe because I didn't have many expectations. The terrace is very nice , spacious and there's shade most of the day, at night it's very fresh.

Cons:

Well, everything could be improved, the cuttlery and crockery, for example. And having a kitchen towel would be nice, and a pan.

Pros:

La posizione. Ma considerato lo stato di degrado, diventata irrilevante.

Cons:

Per fortuna ho fatto solo due notti e ho potuto fare la doccia altrove.

Sporchissimo, muffa, ruggine, peli e capelli ovunque. Ho trovato perfino una lente a contatto.
Della TV c'è solo la staffa attaccata al muro.
Fili e prese elettriche a ciondoloni e fatiscenti.
Porte e maniglie rotte.

Ho fatto subito presente che era sporco. Hanno risposto (dal numero di massima reperibilità!) dopo 24 ore per scusarsi e dire che avrebbero mandato l'addetto delle pulizie. Ovviamente non si è visto nessuno.
Ho segnalato anche che non c'era acqua calda (anche se comunque la doccia non era agibile). Nessuno si è fatto sentire.

Gli imprevisti e i problemi possono capitare ma da parte dell'host non c'è nessuna intenzione di far fronte ai disagi del cliente. Probabilmente penseranno che ormai il cliente ha pagato e loro sono a posto così.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πενταβρώμικο. Ενδεικτικά και με φωτογραφίες που επισυνάπτω, υπήρχαν τρίχες στο σιφόνι της μπανιέρας, καφετί λεκέδες, ψυγείο και κατάψυξη που έλεγες πως ζούσε κάποιο ζωάκι. Αναγκάστηκε ο οικοδεσπότ
ης και μου άλλαξε δωμάτιο βλέποντας και ο ίδιος την κατάσταση του δωματίου που μου προσέφερε!
