Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant beim Service.
Die bestellten Gerichte kamen unglaublich schnell auf den Tisch und schmeckten sehr gut. Sehr effiziente Küche.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit toller Lage am Rhein und guter Erreichbarkeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Gutes Frühstück und leckeres Abendessen.
Fliegengitter wären noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Cons:

Leider war gegenüber unseres Zimmers eine Kneipe, die von nicht gerade leisen Gästen besucht war, das hat die Sache etwas getrübt.

Super Personal. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Rhein

Cons:

Zufahrt mit Fahrzeug sehr kompliziert bis fast unmöglich. Ist aber nicht das Problem des Hotels. Die Stadt Basel hat den Zugang mit Einbahnen und Baustellen faktisch verunmöglicht.

Centrale Lage mit Sicht auf den Rhein

Cons:

Stark knarrende Böden im Zimmer,
Wir mussten für das Frühstück aus Platzmangel bei Regen auf die Terasse unter die Sonnenschirme.
Das Personal war beim Frühstück komplett überlastet, da die meisten Gäste kurz aufeinander zum Frühstück gekommen sind.
