Не рекомендую цей отель, ніколи не повернемося в цей отель!
Pros:

Красивий вид на море .

Cons:

Найгірше - це була їжа .
Не смачна та одноманітна їжа, по відчуттям ніби вона не свіжа і кисла🤮. Овочі не свіжо нарізані та сухі.
мʼясо -жахливе, сухе .
Це був просто жах 😡, а під час сніданку побачили таракана, який ще більше зіпсував апетит та відпочинок.

Немає ніяких розваг - і це розчарування , так як було 3 аніматора , але було дуже нудно , одна дискотека в суботу.
Взагалі не цікаво та нудно на вихідних 😢
Був тенісний стіл - але він був поламаний .

A could be so much better hotel
Pros:

The location of hotel to local shops, bars, beach and hotel beach bar.
Transport links to Chania and other local towns.
The staff in general were very hard working and eager to please, the lady in guest services was excellent and assisted with most issues.
Salad choices were excellent and always replenished quickly.
Italian restaurant was very good, serving tasty food that was also hot unlike main buffet area.
Good selection of cocktails available.
Golf cart service from hotel to bottom of hill was very welcome when returning from a long day at the beach. Drivers were always very friendly (Habibi - not real name) was very entertaining.

Cons:

Some of the staff (reception) were not very knowledgable which caused some fustration with hotel guests.
Cooked food in the main buffet was the biggest problem, plenty of choice but NEVER hot, even when it came out straight from the kitchen.
Maintenance at the relax pool was lacking, the double bed cabanas were falling apart with some broken fixings and the covers were rotting and stained due to a lack of attention.
The relax pool was not cleaned during our 10 day stay with a layer of sand on the bottom.

Pros:

Vi hade bokat ett familjerum superior med privat pool på balkongen. Städningen av den privata poolen var undermålig, vilket först inte åtgärdades. Men när det kom till hotell manager Manolis Markantonakis kännedom åtgärdades detta omedelbart och vi blev rikligt kompenserade med fylld minibar, fruktfat, mousserande vin och sen utcheckning. Vi är så nöjda med bemötandet!

Will return again.
Pros:

I’m not sure. I paid for all inclusive but spent every day out with friends so didn’t use the bar or restaurant once. It smelt good as I passed tho.

Cons:

If I would have used the facilities more however this is not hotel fault

Mia plăcut amplasarea hotelului, barul de pe plajă, personalul amabil...

Cons:

Sunt multe aspecte negative. In primul rand curățenia lasa de dorit..trebuie sa spui in fiecare zi sa schimbe prosoapele, mâncarea este aceeași in fiecare zi si plictisitoare, NU AI SEMNAL LA INTERNET IN CAMERA, NU AI CANALE LA TV, NU AI APARAT DE CAFEA IN CAMERA, toate astea fiind in descrierea camerei, si nu ai ȘEZLONGURI GRATUITE PE PLAJĂ. Asta e o bătaie de joc...la un hotel de 5 stele sa iti ceara 15 euro pe zi pentru șezlong. Nu recomand...

It was okay but I wouldn't book here again.
Pros:

Views from the room were gorgeous! Golf cart rides down the hill was helpful! Entertainment was fun!

Cons:

So many steep stairs!!!! Food was hit and miss.

Pros:

The food and drinks at the hotel are very good. There isn't an overwhelming selection, but everything is really tasty. The Aperol is excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day..

Cons:

The pool ladder was very squeaky. I honestly felt like it might come loose and fall into the water with me. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with some renovation.

Pros:

Loved the facilities. The staff was for the most part friendly, but som of the women in the reception was not always accommodating. There was also a lot of bird fecies in and around the pool, and because of this we only went in the pool once on our terrace, right after it was cleaned that one time. Other than this it was great.

Pros:

Nice view and nice rooms (seaside was a great). Well they did try to give different foods everyday, or at least some were different. The staff was friendly. The facilities were ok. In general enough food and cocktails but a bit insufficient quality of some of them
Mm the tasty dessert cakes and yougurt !!!
Italian restaurant and was good and tasty
The little set up with flowers and ballons and the food was nice.

Cons:

Food: I expected tastier food! Well the meats on the grill were always way too dry and not tasty...
Facilities: well there was a casual black amore smelling that came a few times and apparently was normal (only once really strong-i called reception)
The beach bar bathrooms and pool were in very bad shape and no one room care of them!
A bit too much climbing up ...
Bathroom smelled a lot and shower was making some notices
Important to always mention to mention there are two ways because we arrived far and had to climb with luggage..
