Nice location close to restaurants and tube. The building was very nice on the outside.

It was so close to shops and the tube. It was clean and the drinks were excellent.
I noticed that there was a tiny water leak from the ceiling.
Location to Marble Arch, transport links & Hyde Park. Rooms & facilities basic but very clean. Great bathroom.
We had a lovely big bed but you could only access it from one side, not ideal. We were given a basement room & the TV seemed to lose signal often possibly due to wifi dipping. We had to check in late evening after an event. Although very polite we had difficulty understanding the staff member. The hotel involves several properties within a terrace. You can reach rooms via an internal walkway but it took us a while to work it out.

Good location. The room had everything that you need, and was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at reception.
Our room wasn't serviced whilst we were there, so we had no coffee on the second morning.
Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. A very pleasant walk from Marylebone Station.
Great overnight stay
Lovely staff on check in and bar area. Great air conditioning during a heatwave in London. Room spacious and clean. Not far in a taxi to Paddington Station. Would definitely recommend.
Everything was ok.
Our room had one 1 bed table as the bed was against a wall. There was nothing to put your suitcase on. There were no chairs or a little table in case you had to work on your laptop. You need to be on the bed all the time. So I asked for 1 chair and got two ones from the restaurant room, better than nothing... Other than that everything was fine. Keep in mind that we are elderly people. We have been with you many times more or less from the beginning and always come back as the location suits us perfectly. But back the the hotel was both much cheaper and nicer in
our opinion. But the staff was very nice.
