La habitación muy limpia y los lugares de estadia el lobby, los pasillos el restaurante
No me gustó que el desayuno lo sirvieran sinsensuponenque es tipo buffet el comensal debe de elegir y servirse y no en lugar de la señora que lonsirve con malgenio y que danlanimpresion que no lengust servir, además de esto solicite toallas y me responden que debo de esperar a que se sequen las que me dieron al entrar el primer día por dios se supone que es un hotel me quedé en la habitación creo yo que es la más grande esto habla mucho del hotel.
La comodidad de la habitación, lo limpio que estaba todo
El desayuno tenia pocas opciones, sobre todo de proteínas y el personal le falto mas hospitalidad y dar la información mas completa

Al llegar la recepcionista descortés poca empatía se le veía algo enojada, los desayunos sirven poco, la señora literalmente te cuenta el número de trozos de piña que te puedes comer , se nota que les da rabia cuando pides que te sirvan una ración mejor, en cuanto a las habitaciones el control malo del TV , la señal muy mala de wifi.
