Top quality facilities, unbeatable location in Santiago and excellent service.
Pros:

Hilton never disappoints. First time and we were very happy to spend the night on our way to the north coast. From the room size and quality bedding to the gym. Dinner and breakfast were unbeatable. Plus, Agora mall right at your feet.

Cons:

We had a small incident using the stairs instead of the elevator to go down one floor, and we were locked in. Doors do not open from the inside. We called the Reception from our cell phone and were quickly located and released by the staff. The hotel has an improvement opportunity to mark all confined spaces or “staff only” access better.

The hotel is good overall. However, it was operating at full capacity, and the amenities were not sufficient for the number of guests staying there. For example, although breakfast was included, we had to wait approximately 25 minutes to get a table. Better management of guest capacity and dining arrangements would greatly improve the experience.
