Overall good place and value for money
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, underground parking, spacious apartment.

Amazing rooftop pool.

Cons:

Had issue with aircon in lounge area, but owner/management were great and tried fixing it. Would definitely stay here again.

Marissa, vår kontaktperson var fantastisk. Hun ordnet alt av små og store ting for oss, raskt, effektivt og vennlig.. leiligheten var fantastisk, bra kjøkken og god plass til oss 5, så lenge 1 sov på sovesofa i stua, som gikk veldig fint. Det var fin balkong og et lite boblebad med flott utsikt over stranda og som var deilig skyggefull. På taket var det basseng, solsenger og hengekøye. Alt i alt en fantastisk leilighet, flott plassert ig setrant.

Cons:

Beachkkubben spilte høy musikk til sent på kveld den ene fredagskvelden. Dette var forstyrrende for personen som sov på sovesofa og for dem som hadde soverom med balkongutgang. Dette var imidlertidig kun en kveld

Buena ubicación . Lindo departamento en Playa del Carmen
Pros:

El departamento está literalmente sobre el mar . Unas vistas increíbles.

Cons:

El olor constante de la zona . No sé cuál es el problemas que tienen pero nunca se fue.

El departamento es divino, bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Tiene lo necesario para cocinar si uno quiere.

Cons:

Cosas ajenas al alojamiento pero que realmente nos complicaron fueron que se rompió Internet y especialmente el olor que venía del mar, nos costaba aprovechar el balcón hermoso.

I would not return at any price.
Pros:

The location is great. It is right on the water. The condominium is spacious and clean.

Cons:

However, there is a horrible odor that is very noticeable at the front door and on the balcony. Late in the afternoon, the smell of sewage is so strong that it is absolutely unbearable to be on the balcony. There must be a broken sewer pipe somewhere in the building!

Disappointing
Cons:

It was most disappointing because on Friday and Saturday night, the music was so loud we could not sleep!! Moreover, the music played all through the night - it did not stop til 6AM!! I would not stay here for that reason!

Beautiful location, fabulous apartment!
Pros:

We loved this apartment. Spacious, functional, thoughtfully decorated. Very large king + comfortable bed (firm). The dipping pool on the balcony is great. The location and view is perfect (right on the beach). There is also a beautiful pool on the roof which also overlooks the beach. Marisa is a great host.

Cons:

There is a slight sewerage smell which seems to be the case throughout Playa and Mexico City. We were able to counter by leaving the doors open.
