Pros:

Very warm welcome. Nice sized room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Complimentary breakfast bits much appreciated. Good location.

Safe and relaxing
Pros:

Very clean and quiet. Central location for train station east and west side.Not a hotel but rooms above a bar ( bar closed a few days mid week).Secure side entrance to the upstairs rooms. Doesn’t look that appealing from outside (very Morecombe) but very nice inside . Communication about entry could have been better.However would defo recommend

Pros:

The room was so nice! The bathroom was really nice too, love the black walls and chequered floor, bed and pillows were super comfy, even had water, porridge pots, breakfast bars and orange juice in the fridge, the owner was really sound and the location was sweet!

Cons:

The only thing was even with the fan on and window open the room was really warm through the night, a little too hot but no fault of the owner, because it was above the bar I think but other than that I cant fault anything about it! Would defiantly stay there again!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Easy to find excellent entry facilities and instructions. Super clean large room. Excellent bathroom. Super comfy bed and pillows and lovely bedding. Plus a large tower fan during the heatwave was much appreciated.

Cons:

Lack of parking but not a major issue

Short trip to Morecambe
Pros:

The room was very large and very tasteful decorated, the bed was clean and comfortable, location is excellent and the staff very friendly, good quality smart TV with all the channels,

Cons:

WiFi was hit and miss, however not a problem.

Lovely venue with great bar
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean with a great bar downstairs.The barman was very welcoming and his knowledge of drinks on offer was excellent, the drinks were local ales and reasonably priced.

Cons:

It needs to be clarified when booking that breakfast is a Porridge Pot, Granola Bar and Orange Juice.
