Good location, food, drink, staff, parking
Pros:

Room very spacious and well presented. The range of food on the menu, then the food and drink ordered, were very good, with very friendly staff. Car parking was good and the location, which was just 12-minutes of the centre of Bury.

It was only an overnight stay and had to leave early for an event the next day. Will look to go back to and stay longer.

Fabulous pub/Inn. Very welcoming. Good rooms, new decorated.
Pros:

Extremely helpful team of staff. We were arriving late due to flight delay. They answered me swiftly and assured us was no problem. Great welcome and served us drinks even though they were due to close up. Super big free car park. Nice rooms.

Accommodating and pleasant.
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom too was very clean and modern. We were arriving very late due to the fact that we were staying there after our wedding and the staff were so accommodating and made sure that we could check in early in the day. We had a comfortable stay and the check out process was quick and easy. Once again, can't thank the staff enough for being so accommodating and the whole process was pleasant.

Great stay
Pros:

Comfortable room. Clean. tea and coffee in room. Also very grateful for the fan.

Cons:

Think room may have been above kitchen as there was a noisy fan in courtyard just below window otherwise i would have given 10.
