Friendly hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the reception seating area with all the books to look at is lovely

Cons:

The bedroom needs a bit of updating, and a electric socket by the bed would be better. The bed was a bit too hard.

Weather was dreadful for our entire stay and there is not a lot to do in St J de L in heavy rain.

Excellent séjour!
Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel dont nous apprécions particulièrement le calme et la situation. Les chambres sont décorées avec soins tout comme la salle du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, copieux et avec des produits de qualité.
Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Очень милый отель. Прекрасное местоположение и чудесный персонал. Были на связи с нами пока мы ехали. Позаботились о парковке нашей машины. Завтрак великолепный. Свежейшая выпечка и домашний йогурт.

Schönes kleines Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal sowie gutes Frühstück. Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Cons:

Für das Parken bzw. die Garage muss man 20,00 € extra bezahlen, auch in der Nebensaison.

St Jean-de-Luz is a pretty seaside town to visit, all the better for a quiet and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

At the end of a long journey by car on a rainy day you discover a parking space just outside the front door and find your way to reception to be greeted by a smiling face who seems glad to see you. It's like coming home. This hotel exudes welcome. Our room was quiet and comfortable with only the sound of the sea, and looking out at not unattractive houses. Breakfast was a totally civilised affair. The two evenings we stayed, we ate at La Boete and Chez Pablo as suggested by the team. Good advice!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about staying here. I would go back again any day.

Pros:

Le salon commun avec les bouquins et les tisanes, le petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, le ventilateur au plafond, les stores bateaux + le store occultant de la fenêtre

Cons:

Les deux capsules nespresso et la bouteille d’eau offertes juste la première nuit et pas les 3 suivantes, la promiscuité de la salle d’eau dans la chambre confort

Perfect location, small friendly hotel.
Pros:

Beautifully located. Gorgeous building, large en-suite bathroom. Very quiet at night, our room was overlooking the courtyard. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be back.
