Pros:

Location for our travel destination

Cons:

Ground floor area looks tired and is in need of decoration. All ground floor windows, inside and outside, would benefit from being cleaned

Served purpose for one night stopover.
Pros:

Easy to find, staff friendly, large room and bathroom.

Cons:

Car park arrangements didn’t feel secure. No air conditioning in room, only a fan which was noisy to run all night. Unable to open windows ( locked) , notice saying it was due to fly season. Windows throughout building needed cleaning, not nice looking at view from bedroom or restaurant with bird droppings splattered across windows.

Excellent customer service, good location. Would recommend.

Good size rooms with comfortable beds, very helpful staff, excellent customer service.

Cons:

Was some music I think coming from exercises classes in the next door activity centre but it didn't disturb us during sleep hours.

Pros:

We loved our stay at the Lake House. Beautiful location, delicious food and lovely, friendly staff. The only downside was the mattresses on the bunk bed were very springey so it was uncomfortable for our daughter, who slept in the main bed with my husband and I. All in all though, we really loved our stay and would reccomend.

Staff were wonderful so friendly and helpful, a real pleasure
Pros:

Property was well maintained clean and comfortable although for disabled customer bed was a bit soft and mirror in bathroom needs bringing down to sink level in the bathroom other than that excellent .

Cons:

Liked everything except bathroom mirror and soft mattress makes difficult to transfer a disabled person.

i have stayed over 5 times over the last 3 months and will be staying every month.
