Stay felt like home with caring manager and very helpful staff. Location is the greatest asset.was comfortable
Pros:

very friendly staff, great location, Sara is a truely caring manager for residents, good food.

Cons:

noise, rooms are has no sound insulation, too much light from outside since curtains not well fit.

Cozy, safe and close to the UN
Pros:

Very close to the UN complex, very convenient

Cons:

The staff was very helpful. The room was big and contained all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was small but fresh and tasty. A very good overall experience, I would recommend.it for solo business traveller.

Good experience, with great staff.
Pros:

Staff is great, very responsive. The room is of good size. The garden is very nice for dinner or evening tea.

Cons:

No channels on TV except YouTube, everything else requires a subscription. Rooms are fine, but for 5 stars require some refurbishing. The gym is average, good if you spend 10-20 minutes.

I would highly recommend GLV II primarily for its very friendly staff and safety and convenience.
Pros:

The location is very convenient for guests attending meetings in UNON and going to the Village Market after work. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Elijah, Duncan and Jeremiah, which made our stay very pleasant.

I recommend that the hotel offer more options for breakfast for the benefit of guests with dietary restrictions or staying in the hotel for a longer time.

Cons:

The hotel could provide free airport shuttle service to and from the airport for the convenience of guests.

Not luxury hotel but very close to UN building
Pros:

Location as very close to UN building

Cons:

No alcohol served at the hotel - room noisy when raining (because of the roof, probably not well covered) - breakfast (basic) and the cost (I moved to another hotel since my flight was cancelled and for the same price I got an amazing high standards)

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Gigiri Lions Villa 2. The hotel is right next to the UN office. Breakfast and food were excellent. More importantly, the hotel staff were very friendly and very professional.
