Top plek om tot rust te komen
Pros:

Eten was voortreffelijk, mooi zwembad, fantastische ligging waardoor het heel rustig is, fijn behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Veel minder ondernomen daar omdat het zo relaxed was

Pros:

O lugar é incrível! É ainda mais maravilhoso pessoalmente! O atendimento é excepcional, o Luís Miguel, Arturo e Jorge são pessoas fantásticas! Assim como todos os outros funcionários e moradores! Nos receberam muito bem, nos levaram ver estrelas a noite e também acenderam fogueira para assarmos marshmalows quando chegamos!
Participamos do ritual Temazcal com o Luís Miguel, que possui uma sabedoria encantadora! A hospedagem também oferece yoga diariamente com a Gaby, maravilhosa! Foi uma experiência fantástica e com certeza vamos voltar!

Disappointing
Pros:

Pretty setting, bed very comfortable, staff courteous and friendly.

Cons:

Do not expect hot water to take a shower. Air conditioning only on for certain hours at night and turned off early morning….. room is already very warm first thing in morning. Frequent power outage when switching generators- which wouldn’t be a big deal except early morning outage- which wakes you up when powering back on. Pools where all dirty the entire stay. Food was expensive and underwhelming.

Très belle surprise dans la jungle et près des cenotes.
Pros:

L’environnement et l’accueil ! Très belle surprise .. pas à côté de la plage mais au milieu des cenotes!

Cons:

Le groupe électrogène la nuit mais les techniques modernes devraient permettre de résoudre ça et malgré cela nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku, zdała od zgiełku miasta, wśród dzikiej roślinności i zwierząt :) przepyszne jedzenie i ws
Pros:

Przepiękny obiekt w środku dżungli. Czuć klimat Meksyku. Villa gustownie wykończona, piękny basen wśród drzew, wspaniała obsługa. Jorge i Arturro niezastąpieni. Byli cały czas dostępni i spełniali każdą prośbę czy rozwiązywali każdą sprawę. Plus za poranną jogę i popołudniowe medytacje czy pływające śniadania. Co parę dni organizowane było ognisko, a my mieliśmy szczęście i trafiliśmy na magiczny koncert. Jedzenie - przepyszne. Udało nam się podczas 5 dniowego pobytu spróbować praktycznie wszystkiego. Po terenie całego parku można było skorzystać z darmowego przejazdu do cenot, których było kilka do wyboru. Za darmo też można było podjechać do głównej drogi skąd można było złapać autobus do Tulum.

Cons:

Nie można nic zarzucić obiektowi i personelowi. W naszym odczuciu jedynym problemem jest odległość obiektu od głównej drogi (ok 5km bardzo trudnej do pokonania trasy) czy miasta (ok 15 km). Koniecznie trzeba wynajmować auto przed przyjazdem tu, bo ciężko nawet było zamówić taksówkę ( albo nie przejmowało zleceń albo były kosmicznie drogie). Można utknąć w tym miejscu.

Diese Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch. Wir können dieses Dschungel-Luxus-Erlebnis nur weiterempfehlen.

Es wird sich jederzeit um einen gekümmert. Die Mitarbeiter sind zu Freunden geworden.

Es gibt zwei sehr schöne Pools und – je nachdem, für welches Zimmer man sich entscheidet – hat man sogar einen privaten Pool.

Die Küche war sehr klein, aber was diese kleine Küche an Essen und Getränken gezaubert hat, ist beeindruckend. Davon können sich viele große Küchen eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Kulinarisch exzellent.

Die Massagen sind ebenfalls Weltklasse, Preis-Leistung auch hier top. Ich habe bereits Massagen in Cancún und Playa del Carmen bekommen – diese waren um ein Vielfaches teurer.

Gabriele hat einfach Zauberhände.

Das Schlusswort bekommt Arturo, unser Concierge.
Du kannst ihn 24/7 via WhatsApp erreichen. Er ist immer freundlich und kümmert sich um alles.

Er lebt dieses Hotel und gibt einem so viele Insider-Tipps mit auf den Weg.

Una esperienza
Pros:

La Staff è accogliente e sempre molto gentile. Arturo è molto competente e sa gestire molto bene la clientela. La location è molto particolare e si è immersi nella natura. Il temazcal proposto e lo yoga al mattino sono esperienze da effettuare.

Cons:

Servizi non 5 stelle. Camera (nido) mancante di asciugamani puliti giornalieri, nessun kit, manutenzione generale da rivedere. Pur considerando di essere nella piena vegetazione, le piscine non son sempre pulite e la location è molto difficile da raggiungere: 30 min da Tulum, di cui 10 di strada estremamente dissestata difficile da percorrere se si ha una macchina personale... impraticabile col motorino, molto dispendiosa se con il taxi. Generatore di corrente rumoroso constantemente. Costo oscillante tra 200/400 Euro a notte, non proporzionato

Lugar lindo, piscinas com água dos cenotes, café da manhã e culinária do restaurante muito bons. Concierge educadíssimo

Cons:

Única ressalva é que, assim como em vários hotéis de tulum, você pode encontrar animais silvestres ao redor

Pros:

The cenote tour we did was one of the best experiences we had in Mexico. The huts are great, the food was great. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is very nice.

Cons:

Some of the huts are not very private, e.g. looking over right the restaurant area. The stuff was nice and accommodated our request for a more private one.

The road leading to the place is very rough, which makes it tricky to leave and do stuff over the day. It's perfect if you want to stay here all day, but not if you want to do nearby activities.
