Staff, amenities, breakfast was great! Location was good and easy to use Dart to get around town.

Ein sehr schönes gelegenes Haus, dass vor allem durch seine Mitarbeiter überzeugt. Also am Service gibt es keine Kritik. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und wo findet man schon einen Shuttle zum Flughafen für 6 Personen mit Gepäck für nur 20 Brunei Dollar.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig, jedenfalls für diesen Teil Asiens.
Was also war nicht so schön? Z.B. haben die Fenster die nach hinten zum Hof gehen nur sehr kleine Fenster und das Thema Sauberkeit ist problematisch. Wir hatten in beiden Betten fleckige Bettwäsche.
Das trübt den Gesamteindruck etwas. Zum Ausklingen noch etwas Versöhnliches: das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

This was our second stay at this hotel while transiting through Bangkok, and once again, it was a very pleasant experience.
The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also offers airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee, which can be arranged directly with the property. This made our transit smooth and convenient.
Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location is excellent, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
Our room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a clean bathroom. Breakfast offered a good variety of options.
Overall, we had another comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return on future trips through Bangkok. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable airport transit stay.
Rooms are great, location is good and staff are helpful. Good value for money.
