Nice breakfast, staff, and location.
The location was good. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the waterfront promenade which provides access to the mosque, museum and a great running path. They also had an airport pick up and drop off service which was as good as any.
Breakfast items were local, so mostly fried noodles and rice, curry and congee.

The staff was super nice and helpful, the location was pretty good, they organised a boat tour! A bit worn but clean and comfortable.
Without a car moving around is a bit difficult but that is the case in all of Brunei. Also, the breakfast was quite lacking.

The ceiling lamps are very powerful. A floor lamp or table lamp would be nice! :)

The rooms are not sound proffed enough. I can hear snoring next door (room 109) and the wake up call kept ringing for more than 7 minutes until I called the desk to shut it off.
