Well below expectations
Cons:

No plug in the bathroom sink.
Bathroom smelt foul.
I couldn’t switch off TV staff came to assist batteries dead.
Only 2 x coffee sachets – I only drink tea
Cleaning staff couldn’t get room room safe to open told nothing will be stolen from your room sir! so so small passport size
Electric switches are inside bathroom – that is regards as unsafe.
Bathmat not replaced on 2 days of stay.
Dinner on 2nd evening took 45 mins for chicken rice to arrive.
Had to tall contractors welding/cutting/loud conversations etc at 7.30pm to stop work – ask for duty manager to be told nobody in charge????
Aksed for 2nd room keycard – you must pay deposit???

Not your Hilton, but decent.
Pros:

Location was great. Shakey’s pizza right across the street. Upstairs view and food was pretty good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No pool. Elevator was broken. Room was hot and AC was not running properly.

Pros:

Good service and friendly staff. The room was clean, and the free breakfast and complimentary airport shuttle were a great bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, though. I'm not sure what type of room I booked, but it was difficult to walk to the bathroom from the other side of the bed because the TV was positioned in the way, and I kept bumping into it.

Good provincial property
Pros:

Good location, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel is very good for a provincial location.

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit overpriced and their staff a bit disorganized. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. Had to ask for slippers and towels. All in all, a little overpriced for what you get.

Pros:

I like the Hotel close to the shopping centre. The only one thing that i don't like is the breakfast is a little bit cold. The rooms is big spacious but no bar fridge .
