Mi experiencia en Casa de Balaam
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca del Centro histórico y Paseo Montejo. La limpieza de las instalaciones, ropa de cama y toallas. La atención de los empleados, muy educados y resuelven rápido.

Cons:

Creo que falta modernizar el sistema de Aire acondicionado. La alberca y elevador. Le falta cafetera en recamaras y la secadora de pelo. Aunque la pedí y en recepción me facilitaron una. También mejorar la imagen en los baños. Muy limpio, sin embargo no estaría mal una buena decoración.
La alberca no la usé por que estaba a la mitad de llena. Y estaría bien otro tipo de escaleras, sobre todo para apoyo de adultos mayores.
Es necesario el room servicio, aunque el restaurante sea independiente.

Algunas cosas no están bien.

Que está céntrico! El personal, recepcionista amable.

Cons:

El está estacionamiento debería estar con una puerta hacia el hotel, eso de salir a la calle para llegar al estacionamiento está incómodo y además el chico que abrió el estacionamiento ni se ofreció a ayudarnos con las maletas, no había toalla de manos en el baño y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, hacia calor en la habitación, había mini split pero aún no están funcionando.

Muy vieja y sucia, los pisos del elevador muy sucios, el piso del lobby área de plantas súper sucio, la habitación que ocupamos sin aire acondicionado, afortunadamente nos cambiaron de cuarto.

The rooms are terrible!!!
I found a rat trap and a hole in the wall inside my room. It is unacceptable.
The bathrooms don't have ventilation, the matresses are old af, and you can not open the windowns

Très centrale, parking 🅿️, beau cadre avec patio et fontaine ainsi qu une piscine. Style typique et relaxant au calme des bruits de la ville.

Cons:

La climatisation ne marchait pas bien et dans une chambre il y avait une grosse fuite d’eau qui trempait la salle de bain et nous n’avons pas pu changer…
