وصلت قبل وقت الدخول المحدد في الحجز
لكن لم أسكن في الفندق
بعد وصولي للفندق تم ابلاغي بأن حجزي تم الغائه من قبلهم وغرفتي أعطيت لشخص آخر وارسلو لي موقع سكن آخر
وابلغوني بأن ابحث عن سكن اذا لم أجد لديهم غرفة
لأني لم أرد على رسائلهم التي ارسلوها لي وأنا في الطائرة

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great stay at this apart hotel! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, making it very convenient to get around. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The host was especially helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything needed. Highly recommended!

I don't get the good reviews
Pros:

It was clean and had a good bathroom

Cons:

First of all the view from the room wasn't as advertised. The photos in booking are about the front room, while we were put in the back room that has a view of a garbage dump (and admittedly the Sameba cathedral). The soundproofing was so bad that we could hear everything the neighbors did. The pillows were huge, very hard and uncomfortable. Finally, even though they say they are a hotel, they are basically 3 small apartment rooms with a shared kitchen. In order to get in you have to wait for someone to come get you and let you in the apartment block, in our case it was a very obviously drunk dude that only knew Russian. We wanted to pay by card and the owner told us via messages that he would come the next morning at around 9 30 to pay. By 11 00 he still hadn't shown signs of life and we had to leave, so I told him to give me a bank account number and had to pay an extra international transfer fee. For this location and price you can do much better.

Smeštaj je bio odličan, čist, oko 50m od metro stanice, vlasnik apartmana uvek na usluzi.
Cons:

Možda da je bila još jedna polica ili stolica u sobi, za lakše odlaganje stvari.

Pros:

Доброжелательно. Нас встретили. Матрац понравился, удобный. Телевизор коннектится с телефоном и так же транслирует ютуб. Кухня общая, но симпатичная и комфортная. Уборная и душ в номере: очень чисто и также комфортно. Лоджия широкая и вид с нашего этажа был хороший. Здорово то что метро прямо у отеля. Улочки рядом тихие. Вообще ночью мало транспорта и шума особо нет. Плохих впечатлений нет, немного удивила косметическая часть ремонта, немного царапинки на стенах и пятна на диване, но администратор нас успокоил и сказал "к вам не будет претензий" и для меня это было важно, главное что бы меня не обвинили в том в чем я не портил.
