Streik im Hotel. Seit 23.4 geschlossen, am 24.4 aber Buchungsbestätigung bekommen.
Keinerlei Mitteilung via Booking oder Emal.
Samstag abend um 20 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden

Due a strike I did not stay at the hotel, not the hotels fault, but the communication from the hotel was extremely poor, I was not informed about the hotel closing due to the strike, until I arrived to check in as planned

Oppholdet ble avlyst grunnet streik. Vi ble ikke varslet, og får nå ikke svar fra booking.com i forhold til refusjon. Opplever det som dårlig kundebehandling at hotellet ikke gjør noe for å håndtere dette.

Ingen beskjed om stengt hotell

Fikk aldri bodd der.

Cons:

Det var streik, uten beskjed om at hotellet var helt stengt. Møtte stengt dør, med en 7-åring, uten å fått muligheten til å ombooke eller avlyse reisen på forhånd. Måtte tråle Trondheim rundt etter alternativer, fikk 1 natt i sentrum og måtte 1 natt utenfor byen. Masse stress og ekstra belastning.

Hotel am 26.4.2026 im Streik, keine Info das das Hotel geschlossen ist. Am Eingang ein Zettel das sich das Personal im Streik befindet. Mit dem Hinweis das Personal ist von der Streikwelle ab 23.4.2026 betroffen. Absolut schlechte Kommunikation !!
