Very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff serving.
Bit noisy at w/e
The staff were all amazing without exception, kind & considerate. The breakfasts fabulous
Central location and plenty of character
Limited parking
Nothing
The uneven floor was the most problematic for me as I suffer from vertigo. I know the property is old but for me this wasn’t what I expected I’ve stayed in a lot of old properties and the floors have been renovated to modern day standards. The room was so small with the bathroom across the corridor and also very small , old fashioned and needing modernising . They did in fairness move us from room 7 to a suite which was equally uneven floors. The furniture was mis matched and the bathroom old outdated and mouldy with the shower screen siliconed in badly . It just felt dirty . The quilt was marked with blood .
Great location
The music being on until 3am
Super stay and lovely team - thanks
It was located centrally and the hotel was so clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming
They could have told us in advance that the car park was closed (although we used the overflow car park close by)my wife is a blue badge holder)
Room and breakfast were excellent, could not fault it.
Couldn't park in hotel car park too busy so parked in lower level of overflow car park.
Not ideal if you have luggage and a little unsure of leaving car overnight in this isolated area. Did move it to a higher level later on.
Staff and breakfast were fabulous

Great choice on the breakfast menu. Had salmon omelette. Delicious!
Although the breakfast was nice, our overnight stay was to visit family and help recharge batteries before a long drive home on the Sunday. Unfortunately the music outside went on until 00:30 - we could understand 23:00 at a push, but 00:30!
Trying to wake up in the morning with a hot shower - no hot water! Told the staff at reception, who just said, thanks for letting them know. Not good enough!
Excellent breakfast.good location
Our room and en-suite needs updating
Lovely room
Pleasant staff
Lovely suite
Music very loud first thing in the mornings. Coffee needs to be changed very cheap for a luxury establishment.
Beautiful 17th century building, fantastic staff. Perfect location between the railway station and the Drinfield Contact Club. Have to say a lot of creakiness throughout the night, but despite this would definitely stay again.
Creaky noises all night through my ceiling.
