Pros:

The views from my room were beautiful. Only a short walk to centre. A fiesta going on as I arrived!

Cons:

I always have problems with duvets/quilts and long for a thin blanket and flat pillow.

Nice stay
Pros:

Friendly atmosphere, walking distance to everything in Mestia. Very good value for money

Cons:

WiFi a bit unstable. Breakfast was okay but I was hoping for better. Overall very friendly staff, but sometimes I lacked a bit more professionalism (e.g. day and night at the reception a TV with some telenovela was blasting)

Pros:

I only stayed two nights here but I would happily stay again. For me the real selling point was the balcony. It was lovely to sit there with some beers and look up into the mountains. Other than that the location is central and near everything. c

Pros:

Breakfast was very good
Staff is friendly but speaks no English

Cons:

The whole hotel is crooked, there is no single straight plank anywhere
The room is either super warm or cold, no in between
The shower is dirty and half broken
The toilet was made for dwarves
There's a LOT of noise, from inside and outside

Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa en este Hotel. En principio íbamos a quedarnos seis noches, pero por un cambio de nuestro vuelo tuvimos que irnos un día antes. Aún así, el equipo de recepción fue increíblemente amable y nos ajustaron la estancia sin problema cobrándonos únicamente las cinco noches.
Desde el primer momento fueron muy atentos y serviciales teníamos el desayuno incluido y como salíamos muy temprano a esquiar se preocuparon cada día de prepararnos lo antes de la hora para que pudiésemos desayunar sin problema (un detalle que la verdad se agradece mucho). En cuanto a las habitaciones, estaban siempre impecables muy limpias y bien cuidadas por poner un pequeño, “pero” el Wi-Fi no funcionaba especialmente bien, aunque es algo bastante común en la zona de Mestia y no algo específico del hotel por lo demás todo ha sido perfecto, sin duda volveremos la próxima temporada ir repetiremos en este mismo hotel!!! 😊

Замечательное место, куда всегда захочется возвращаться.
Pros:

Совершенно чудесный отель, оказался выше любых похвал. Локация, комфорт, чистота, интерьер, номер - все было прекрасно, не буду в деталях распространяться. Но отдельного упоминания заслуживает завтрак - большое разнообразие свежих продуктов, отличная кухня, всё горячее. И даже было варенье из фейхоа - никогда не встречал раньше в Грузии в гостиницах. Очень красивая и просторная зала для ужина, вся в дереве, с замечательной современной "буржуйкой" с большим стеклом, через которое так приятно во время ужина наблюдать за открытым огнем.
И сама атмосфера в гостиница - празднично-семейная. Совершенно замечательные хозяева - Эраклий и Нино, хозяйка кухни и мастерица Русико, и, конечно, Гоча, который всем рулит. Будете бронировать, что я вам непременно и убедительно советую, передавайте им горячий привет от Андрея из Уреки, Петра из Москвы и Стёпы из Лондона.
