Pros:

Boa localização numa zona tranquila e a 10 minutos de uma estação de comboio.
O quarto do Hotel estava limpo e em excelentes condições e, o atendimento pelo staff foi excepcional.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Location: perfectly situated (subway nearby, Nishiki Market 10min from the hotel)
Room was well-furnished and nothing was lacking
Staff was so nice and so helpful ! They really helped us with the Yamato transfer

Definitely recommend
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful since even before our stay. They helped us with our luggage as we needed to send it to and from Kyoto.
Location is nice as it is in a calm street, but walking distance to some of the main markets, stations and shops.
Room was comfortable and well equipped. We ended up extending our stay from 3 to 5 nights while we were there and the staff helped us accommodating our needs super last minute.

Cons:

Nothing really - if I need to say something, breakfast was okay but could have had more options in the buffet.

Molto comodo, pulito, bello!

Cons:

Hanno una laundry con sole 2 lavatrici quindi c'è sempre la coda, impossibile farla a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, non ci si può prenotare
