Pros:

Super clean and quiet at night

Cons:

Communication can be improve between taxi drivers. Simplifying the process of payment for the taxis can be improve to avoid misunderstanding on payment and route.

سكنت في غرفه008 الطابق الارضي ريحة الحمام كريهه جدا وبدل بغرفه يوم واحد فقط ورجعنا لها مره اخرى يقول فل طيب اذي فل فيه غير سلم الغرفه امامي لكن اصر اني اخدها مره اخرى حتى لايقع في نفس المشكله الدرس للافائده الطابق الارضي دايم يجي فيه مشاكل ياقوارض او روائح كريهه

Standout about Carnival Palace was the staff and communication! Starting months before we checked in, we would get notes from the team asking if they could help setting up tours, transport to and from the airport/train station and even restaurant reservations. They helped me to set up our room with rose petals and champagne upon arrival as well. The service was absolutely outstanding!
The room was lovely and super quiet as well. Everything was extremely clean!

Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen und liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Kanal. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylish, wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten, vielen lieben Dank dafür! Zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Prosecco am Zimmer und jeden Tag eine Flasche Mineralwasser. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Nicht zu vergessen, das außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Pros:

We got a free upgrade! Everyone was welcoming. The location is amazing, close to the train station, you can take a waterbus to the airport outside the hotel. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a nice breakfast in the garden. I really recommend this hotel, especially the canal view rooms.

A great hotel in fabulous position
Pros:

Everything! Fantastic position, just 3 mins walk from the waterbus stop from airport…. It was perfect when dragging luggage. Hotel is in a quieter area Venice which we loved. Our room was absolutely lovely. It was very very spacious with a very large and beautifully fitted bathroom.
They even left us a bottle of prosecco on ice in the room for our arrival.
The enormous bed was super comfortable, the room was very quiet and we had a view of the hotel garden.
A big shout out to the staff at breakfast. They were a really happy bunch of people which was then reflected in the cheery way they went around the room and treated the guests. A real credit to the hotel.
We loved this hotel! We would highly recommend and would love to return.

Ein tolles Hotel mir perfekter Lage.
Das Hotel liegt ruhig an einem Kanal, abseits des Trubel, aber man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen.
Vaporetto Stadion direkt vor der Tür.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Carnival Palace
Pros:

Super ruhige Lage in Bahnhofsnähe mit Valporetto-Station ganz nahe zum Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Eine Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung, täglich eine frische Flasche Mineralwasser am Zimmer. Gute Qualtität des Frühstückbuffets mit umfassendem Angebot.
