Our stay was short but Carnival Palace made it comfortable and accommodating.

Pros:

Great location, eaay to take the watherbus from outside the hotel. Quiet area with restaurants by the canal. You can also easely walk for 20 min and be in the center of venezia.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was frendly and helpfull.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but I had excpected more of this place.

Pros:

We stayed with my wife and our little dog for two days in this beautiful hotel, we liked absolutely everything, the staff was very friendly, the renovation was fresh, the bed in the rooms was huge, the breakfast was delicious and cocktails at the bar too, the hotel is located very close to the train station and parking for cars, so the area is not noisy and not far away parking spaces with suitcases. We would especially like to mention the reception staff of Mark and Tony, the best guys in this hotel, friendly, helpful, and Mark also knows Russian, which was a big plus for us

Quarto aconchegante com iluminação bastante adequada e limpeza e serviços muito bons. Banheiro com banheira e ótimo tamanho. Amenities adequadas. A localização é distante da Plaza San Marco, mas achei muito melhor dessa forma pois proporciona mais tranquilidade. Voltaria a ficar nele.

Cons:

Para o meu gosto o café poderia ser um pouco mais compatível com o Hotel que é ótimo, mas é gosto pessoal. De modo geral não tenho nada a mencionar sobre algo que desabone o hotel.

A beautiful, comfortable hotel with exceptional staff that we would happily stay at again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful two night stay at Carnival Palace. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, which made it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after long days exploring Venice. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. The staff made our stay even better. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions we had. The bartenders were especially fantastic. They were warm, personable, and made the evenings at the hotel enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located near the water bus, making it easy to get around Venice.

Cons:

The only downside was the location. It is a little farther from the main tourist attractions and busiest areas of Venice, so there is a bit more walking or taking the water bus. For us, this was a small trade off and did not take away from how much we enjoyed the hotel.
