Peaceful
Pros:

The owner is very nice, she has a little son also nice really. The room was clean, basic amenities, I sleep very well, not afraid of ghosts at all.

Pros:

Dobrá lokalita, možnost úschovy zavazadel. Hostitelská rodina je moc milá.

Cons:

Na fotkách není vyfocená koupelna, která je poměrně retro. V ubytování je také lehký zápach plísně. Nejhorší je ale hluk, místní zde ve večerních a ranních hodinách křičí a běhají po schodech a proto se špatně spí.

Great hotel
Pros:

Brilliant hotel in Sa Pa. Walking distance to the main square and tucked away in a small alley away from noise. Would definitely recommend!

Heavy water damage and mould. Looks like it was only painted over. Had an asthma attack in the night as a result.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. It can be cold at night in Sapa, but thanks to the heated surmatress, we weren't cold when sleeping. The family is dedicated to help if any issue

Great homestay with a great host and good location.
Pros:

Very good location! Very friendly and sweet host. The host offered us some of their special lunar new years cake while we waiting for our bus that was rescheduled.

Cons:

Some noisy people on the first night but not the hosts fault in anyway and was very apologetic! As it was the end of the Tet holiday we expected some noise.

It was very nice to stay at Minh Anh House, they were super nice and friendly:)) The house is comfortable and well located, it was easy to move around. Thank you also for letting us stay one more night :)
