Очень добротный отель 3* и сервисом от 4*
Pros:

Добротные завтраки (они более менее повторялись, но в целом, достаточно разнообразные на пару недель). Все продукты, особенно, курица и мясо были натуральными, напомнили продукты из детства на даче у бабушки. Спелые бананы, манго, мангостины, папайя, арбузы - всё выше всякой критики! Манго - просто бомба! Наши дети мазали поджаренные тосты настоящими маслом и вареньем, очень натуральными - очень вкусно!
Свой бассейн с лежаками (можно взять пляжные полотенца на рецепшн), тренажерный зал, выходящий на бассейн, качественная уборка номера и смена полотенец каждый день, очень просторные номера (мы брали два).
Очень и очень доброжелательные и желающие помочь сотрудники, те проблемы, что у нас были, решались максимально быстро и комфортно (как пример: у нас в номере вечером потек кондиционер - нам тут же предложили подменный номер, а прямо с утра за время нашего завтрака сделали починку).
Отдельно отмечу добротность мебели (кажется, из акации), тяжелая, красивая, основательная и удобная.
Правы те, кто писал в отзывах, что своего пляжа у отеля нет, но это не мешает пользоваться пляжем и лежаками того отеля, что отделяет Brenta от моря. Правда, мы были в low-сезон, возможно, в high-сезон ситуация не такая идеальная.
Вокруг отеля много массажных точек и мест, где можно выпить/поесть, потанцевать, но часть их них закрывается не в сезон, увы.

Cons:

То, что я напишу тут, не помешает мне приехать сюда снова, но, всё же:
1) на завтраках подают выпечку в местном стиле, нашим детям (да и мне с женой) эта выпечка не зашла совсем. Было бы неплохо иметь что-то в европейском стиле из выпечки.
2) Я бы посоветовал повару на завтраке не нарубать курицу небольшими кусками топором, очень неудобно выковыривать мелкие обломки костей.
3) Достаточно забавно видеть, как вокруг бассейна периодически развешены на просушку трусы, майки других постояльцев в рамках внутреннего туризма. Плавать не мешает, но вызывает добрую улыбку.
4) При утренней уборке звуки двигаемой уборщицами тяжелой мебели весьма мешают спать, увы!...
5) В low-сезон rooftop-бар Brenta закрыт, увы! Мы попросились просто посидеть там вечером и посмотреть на закат, но, увы, в целях нашей же безопасности, нас (трезвых взрослых людей около 50 лет) туда не пустили. А наличие этого бара с видом было одной из причин, почему мы приехали именно в этот отель.
6) Это не к данному отелю претензия, так много где на Фукуоке, увы, но захламленность пляжа пластиковыми отходами и окурками высока и весьма неприятна. Использованный памперс мы наблюдали около недели, пока его не убрали. Да и в воде регулярные соседи купальщиков - пластиковые бутылки и пакеты.

Good value for money.
Pros:

It was close to the beach and located walking distance from the shopping mart-King Kong Mart in Phu Quoc. The room is decent sized with ample of space. Our room overlooks the ocean, which is nice, however minimal view of the beach due to other buildings.

Cons:

Although located in a great location, we have to walk about 5-7 mins to the nearest Main Street, which is difficult for people with mobility issues. The floor sometimes felt sticky and not sure whether it is due to the humidity or not , so we always wear an indoor slipper. The slippers provided is not a one time use that usually provided in hotel, and appears well worn. I used my own slippers instead.

Pros:

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel with big clean room and very helpful staff especially Trang (Amy) and Sky, the two receptionist always eager to help. The swimming pool is really good and well maintained with clear water. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The location of the hotel is close to the super markets, restaurants and bus stop to Vin wonders and the Airport.

Cons:

The breakfast spread was great for a non vegetarian. However, the same can be made better even for the vegetarians by including some cooked stuff like veg fried noodles, veg fried rice, hashbrown, grilled tomota, baked beans, etc. The vegetarians had to mostly rely on cut fruits, veg salads, bread butter and occasionally french fries.

đồ ăn sáng cũng được, nhưng ko có nhiều món lựa chọn. Phòng có mùi ẩm ẩm, khách sạn mà thêm tinh dầu để cải thiện mùi thì trải nghiệm sẽ tốt hơn. Gần trung tâm, đi qua khu resort là tới bãi biển
