It’s over priced. By no way this hotel qualifies for 4 star. Amenities are just nominal and to me this hotel doesn’t qua
Pros:

I only liked its location near to Masjid e Nabawi.

Cons:

They misrepresented. Didn’t give me the room as per the booking. They didn’t reserve parking for me and I had to manage at my own some where else.

بعض موظفين وخاصه فتره الصباح ممتازين اما بعد العصر حدث ولا حرج

ازعاج من المستأجرين من اطفال ورجال وحريم العمال كل شوي يزعجون ويطرقون الباب ف أوقات النوم الساعه 12 الظهر يقولون فيه احد تبون ماء وشاهي ونظافه وهذا يعتبر ازعاج وقلق أنا إذا بغيت شي تواصلت مع الموظف ف الاستقبال او ضغت العلامه عند الباب

يجب رفع مستوى الغرف مقابل السعر المرتفع

يقع في المنطقة الشمالية للحرم فيكون قريب لمصلى النساء

رائحة صرف صحي في دورات المياة((مزعجة جداً جداً))
دورة المياة رديئة عموماً

will never visit this hotel again and not recommend to anyone instead tell them to avoid
Pros:

very bad experience overall stay is bad due to staff and management at the hotel which didnt cooperate it at all

Cons:

parking issue + staff very bad attitude and no courtesy + took more than an hour to check out and check in the hotel
promised to give parking but did'nt give it

Overall, a very good hotel.

Cons:

1) check in time very late 2) check in staff does not familiar with booking.com payment method (they did not accept payment receipt issued by booking.com, and requested us to show them SMS rreceived once bank account deducted from our account -in my case, there is none. After few times we explained and requested arab speaking person to explain again, only then they accepted)

No one came to pick up my luggage.
Staff only appeared to tell me about the checkout time.
Service Phone in the room was also not working.
Very small room.

السجاد مو نظيف ودورة المياه السباكه سيئه جدددااا ورائحة الحمام أسوأ وريحة الممرات بين الغرف سيئة وخدمة الغرف يدقون الجرس والباب واحنا في عز نومنا كل يوم عشان ينظفون اش الازعااااااج هذا مو زي باقي الفنادق في تاق ينحط عند الباب او علامه جنب الجرس واختار عدم الازعاج او اختار اذا ابغاهم ينظفون ص
