Excelente ubicación, pero con aspectos importantes por mejorar.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la excelente ubicación, a solo tres cuadras de la plaza Taksim, donde se encuentran el metro y el tranvía, lo que facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad. Además, está muy cerca de la calle Istiklal, vía peatonal con tiendas y restaurantes que conecta con la Torre Gálata.

Reservamos dos habitaciones, una con hammam y otra estándar. La habitación con hammam era bastante más amplia, con espacio suficiente para dos maletas grandes, buen clóset y un baño cómodo. La habitación estándar, en cambio, era mucho más pequeña y con las maletas el espacio resultaba muy justo. El rooftop con bar tiene un excelente ambiente y lindas vistas de la ciudad.

El personal en general fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar con información y traslados. El restaurante de caracter formal y sobrio ubicado en el sexto piso, bajo el rooftop, ofrece variedad, aunque con precios elevados, no impresiona.

Cons:

Nuestra principal decepción fue el servicio el primer día. La habitación con hammam no había sido revisada antes de nuestra llegada: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el baño estaba a una temperatura insoportable, con paredes y piso muy calientes. Informamos el problema durante la tarde y nos indicaron que sería solucionado mientras estábamos fuera. Sin embargo, al regresar todo seguía igual y, pese a haber solicitado cambio de habitación si no se resolvía, nos indicaron que no era posible. Dormir con las ventanas abiertas, debido al calor, significó soportar el ruido de la calle y el calor. Al día siguiente repararon el problema y la habitación resultó ser muy cómoda, pero esa primera experiencia no estuvo a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría.

El desayuno tampoco cumplió nuestras expectativas (4 personas, 4 días). Aunque el buffet se veía abundante, gran parte estaba compuesta por frutos secos, verduras y aceitunas. La variedad de panes, quesos y el jamón era limitada y de calidad bastante básica, los jugos eran envasados y la oferta de frutas y postres era escasa y siempre la misma (manzanas y damascos). Considerando las fotografías y los comentarios previos, esperábamos una propuesta más variada y de mejor calidad.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times on our visits to Istanbul. We will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
Pros:

A beautiful historic building, close to Taksim area and easy access to other parts of Istanbul. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. A good breakfast provided. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Suosittelen vahvasti!
Pros:

Hotellissa oli ammattimainen, avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, huone oli erittäin siisti ja ilmastoitu, sekä aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja näkymät kaupungille aamiaispaikasta olivat uskomattomat.

Foto’s op Booking wel wat mooier gemaakt dan de werkelijkheid. En een tip: zorg dat er handdoekenrekjes in de badkamer komen, wel zo handig. Zeker als je graag wilt dat gasten hun handdoeken meerdere dagen gebruiken.

Would love to come back
Pros:

We absolutely loved staying at Ayramin Hotel. Breakfast was included in our package which was one of the best thing during our stay. The hotel is located centrally, near Taksim square. Also, 2 mins walk from Isteklal street.

It was also very safe around the hotel. The receptionist, Eren was very friendly and accomodating. He made sure that we were being taken good care :)

Cons:

The room size was small. Also, we were assigned room on the ground floor, which was a bit smelly when we checked in but it was sorted out. The room was also next to life.

Rest, everything was perfect.

Pros:

La stanza molto accogliente anche se non di grandi dimensioni, lo spettacolare Hammam interno alla zona bagno, perfetto per il relax . Il Ristorante ottimo cibo e vista spettacolare, la cordialità dello staff eccelente.
Il Roof top meraviglioso per la Vista su tutta Instanbul, unica pecca i cocktails un po troppo leggeri ma buoni.
Insomma consiglio questo hotel per chi fa un viaggio a Instanbul.

Pros:

Localização excelente , a poucos metros da Avenida Istiklal. Quartos modernos com uma decoração elegante e luxuosa.
Café da manha muito bom com comidas típicas do local e servidos num local bem aconchegante e bonito.
Pessoal da recepção muito educado e prestativo. Nota 10 para todos. Super recomendo esse hotel
