LA PULIZIA

We were disappointed with our stay. For a 4-star hotel charging more than €350 per night for a family room, we expected a much higher level of service.
The room was spacious, but it lacked basic amenities. During our stay, we were told there was no shampoo because it had run out, and at one point there was no toilet paper available. Housekeeping was only provided every two days, and only after we requested it.
The staff was polite but rather average and not particularly attentive or welcoming. The location is good, but not exceptional.
Overall, the hotel does not provide the level of service or attention to detail that its 4-star rating and high price suggest. There is definitely room for improvement.

Zapomnieliśmy zabrać damską bluzę. Natychmiast skontaktowałem się z recepcją. Zapewniono mnie o przesłaniu jej do Polski, zapewniłem, że pokryję koszty przesyłki. Jedna po 2 dniach otrzymałem wiadomość, że kurtki nie ma w pokoju. Pani sprzątająca jej nie zauważyła, bluza prawie nowa i "markowa" wisiała na drzwiach do toalety. Dziwna historia, która psuje wizerunek obiektu z przyczyn prymitywnych

Overall, the furniture in the apartment is quite old, which makes the place feel less clean than it probably is.
The rooms are not cleaned daily. Housekeeping is only provided if you schedule it, and we had to wait two days before someone came to clean our apartment.
The sofa in the living room definitely needs to be replaced. It folds out into a bed, but it is extremely uncomfortable. You can feel every spring in the mattress, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The apartment can accommodate four guests, but there were only two chairs for sitting at the dining table.
There is no proper terrace, only a very small balcony. It is practically impossible to dry towels or clothes there. Our beach towels stayed wet the entire time.
The apartment has a good layout and enough space, but replacing the sofa, updating some furniture, improving housekeeping, and providing more seating would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Quite dated, AC was exceptionally weak and the rooms are not huge
On our arrival we were met by two different receptionist (I assume two shifts) who were so rigid around allowing us to check in despite us reviewing an email saying if our accommodation is ready before 3 we would be able to check in.

At 230 when we went to check Second Lady said the same thing - whilst not the right thing to do with two kids on board and it being sweltering heat we said the lady earlier had said we could check in early. (Suddenly the room was available. I just didn’t understand why they were so rigid about this. I understand if we expected a check in hours early. It was 30 minutes and we had arrived at 8am!

Our air conditioning was not working when we arrived, and it took two days and several requests before it was finally repaired. We also had to buy extra pans, as the kitchen was not properly equipped. The freezer urgently needs defrosting, and there was no non-slip bath mat provided, so we had to purchase one ourselves. In addition, we had to buy a fan to make the apartment more comfortable while waiting for the air conditioning to be fixed. WIFI very weak and almost impossible to get signal to work.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but not as efficient at resolving issues as one would expect from a four-star hotel.
We have stayed here several times because we genuinely like the hotel, its location, and the apartments. However, the issues mentioned above should be addressed, as they detract from what is otherwise a very pleasant place to stay.
