I liked the apartment and enjoyed my stay, but found the access via the app challenging.
Pros:

The location was good but a bit noisy due to traffic and local construction. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern kitchenette and blackout blinds. I would stay here again.

Cons:

I had problems accessing the car park using the key in the app on my phone. I contacted the staff who were helpful and resolved the issue. There was a similar problem accessing the lift reader using the app for access to my floor. I found it confusing that there were different codes sent via text, email and on the app. I was unsure which code was to be used to trigger the reader in lifts and for car park.

Pros:

Clean, comfy and modern room and facilities. Stayed here for three nights and it was a great apartment. Hot shower, good WiFi, parking, no traffic noise when the door was shut, and not having to carry a room key around everywhere you go 💁‍♀️
Will absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Had to google how to use the convection microwave as it's different to a normal microwave.

Cons:

- Check-in was complicated — there is no reception, and you have to complete a long process to get a digital key on your phone. If you book for the same day, you need to contact the owner directly to receive the email with the digital key instructions. We also had to provide our card details, with a $200 hold placed on the card for a one-night stay.
- No luggage storage available, which is not convenient if you have a late flight since check-out is at 10 a.m.
- Too close to the stadium, so you can hear a lot of noise when there is a game or event nearby.

Nice & clean, comfortable bed. Had washing machine & dryer so we could wash & dry clothes. Awesome pool & spa.

Cons:

Luke warm water or cold shower. The water upstairs by the pool was hoter.

The property is strictly an online service, no front desk or assistance in the building. You are required to wait for a response which feels like AI is being used for this service. We were charged an extra $40 to put our bags down after our long haul flight. The room is NOT SERVICED this was not outlined when booking via booking.com all washing (towels) bed making and any general cleaning (including taking out the bins) needs to be completed by the customer. Additionally there is a very large 22 storey high density building being built right next door and this is your view with additional loud noises from early morning till late afternoon.

Overall not very clean, the pipes were totally clogged, the sink didnt drain at all, all the water from the shower flows onto the floor into some draining hole in the middle of the wc, making all the floor wet.. washing mashine didnt drain, making impossible to wash the clothes and took ages to open it after starting. The bed linen was weird, some blanket between 2 large sheets…
