The property is in a safe location, surrounded by public transport, grocery shops, and fast food.
The room is spacious and new.
The facilities of the property are very nice.
The pool and hot tub give you amazing views of Brisbane.
The property felt very safe and had a high standard of security, even though there is rarely any staff around, but the online team is available to answer or help you with any problems.
There was no safe to store valuables, which is a minor inconvenience.
Additionally, the washer is a washer and dryer, which most of the time meant the washing came out damp. However, there is a laundromat 2/3 min walk down the road that only cost $2 dry.
Pool, spa, location.
To many locks, front door, lifts, room,pool dunny. If they could they’d put one on your arse.

The room was very modern yet comfortable and best of clean condition.
One thing I will say is I hoped for a fully furnished gym however it was just some structure not much things for gym.

The blinds don’t cover the whole window so it can get quite bright, there is no staff and windows are thin so lots of noise from the outside

Very modern facilities and perfect location. Although it is a digital accommodation, so no staff members are on site, it was really easy to get ahold of staff via email and they responded very quickly. Clean, tidy, quiet, rooftop is beautiful, great range of exercise equipment and a sauna, the pool is lovely, overall, i would definitely stay here again.
The digital system is very confusing, i would suggest if you’re like me and prefer to use the physical key, get that set up straight away. We didn’t use the digital system at all, it was very glitchy and the app would crash regularly, which is stressful when you’re in the elevator and need the key to go up etc. Once you’ve cracked it, you’re away. I had a problem with the outdoor bbq, i would suggest instructions to be printed and laminated to the bbq bench to prevent back and forth with staff via email, that would’ve been a great time to be physically assisted as it would not start and also required the key to get it going.
I think small things such as a scrubbing brush for dishes, as there is a a dish rack but no scrubbing brush, salt & pepper, laundry powder packets, would make the trip go from a 8.5/10 to a solid 10/10.
The apartment was beautifully clean and open. The upstairs amenities were amazing and the pool was warm and the spa was clean.
The keyless mechanisms were a little hit and miss with your phone and the additional fob in the room didn’t work
The property was clean and in a great location
It was a bit noisy but not necessarily anything that could be fixed. the construction right next door and other guest continually slamming their door, which we could also feel not just hear didn’t make for the most peaceful stay.
