Wunderschöne Anlage und Zimmer. Liebevolle Einrichtung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit einer Bestellung oder einem Anliegen per WhatsApp melden. Roller und Massage wurden für uns organisiert. Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist einzigartig.

Die riesige Anlage, mitten in der Natur, direkt neben dem Fluss ermöglicht einen sehr ruhigen und privaten Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist mühevoll gestaltet und gut. Die Bungalows sind besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und top ausgestattet.

This place was truly 10/10. It felt like a peaceful spiritual retreat surrounded by nature and the river. Jo was incredibly kind and caring, more like a friend or family then a host. She helped us with everything, organized a great brand new scooter for a very fair price, arranged massages whenever I asked, and always made us feel at home.

The massage on the veranda with the sound of the birds was unforgettable. The staff were all lovely and even washed our clothes before we left, everything came back clean and smelling amazing.

Jo also makes delicious food with so much love. The breakfasts were wonderful, and we also loved the fried rice, chicken satay and pizza. The sauna with the nature view was amazing too.

Everything was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Just keep in mind this is a place deeply connected with nature, perfect if that’s what you are looking for.

I appreciated immensly the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. As regards the location, I particulary enjoyed the fabulous river floating just below the room's terrace. A couple of beautiful small bridges are connecting the island to the mainland. Easy access to the location by car and lovely small walks to do to discover this exquisite mini island.

Het is werkelijk een prachtig verblijf midden in het groen langs de rivier, je komt hier heerlijk tot rust. De kamers zijn heel netjes, ruim en ook nog eens mooi ingericht.

Ook het eten is heerlijk, je kan zelf kiezen waar je wilt eten in het restaurant of bij je verblijf. Ook het ontbijt wordt keurig verzorgd op het door jou gewenste tijdstip.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk/behulpzaam, en de eigenaresse is een fantastische gastvrouw! Zij is altijd bereikbaar voor al je vragen van scooter verhuur tot het wassen van je kleding alles wordt snel voor een hele nette prijs geregeld, echt klasse!

Kortom; dit is echt een aanrader! En wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Tip: maak gebruik van de taxi service via dit hotel, want de chauffeurs via Grab vragen extra toeslagen

On a été très bien accueillis pas notre hôte qui s est montrée extrêmement sympathique, attentionnée, et disponible.
Le cadre est magnifique, le service impeccable, les logements incroyables...
Bref, gros coup de cœur!!

This was the most amazing place I have been at in Bali, and it’s simply too good to true. We stayed at a new gorgeous villa by the river, with a huge outside bath and super comfortable beds. The staff was the nicest people we met, helping with absolutely everything we needed and more. The resort is surrounded by rice fields and had so much space to walk around and enjoy the beauty of the valley. I must go back!!

Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, les massages au son de la rivière et de la nature et l'ambiance zen qui règne ici. C’est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer loin de l’agitation d'Ubud. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

Nuestra experiencia ha sido simplemente maravillosa. La anfitriona es genial: desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como en casa y estuvo siempre atenta a todo. Nos ayudó a organizar absolutamente todo, desde el alquiler de moto hasta masajes y transfers, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muchísimo más cómoda.

El desayuno es delicioso y muy abundante, perfecto para empezar el día con energía.

El lugar es espectacular, situado junto al río, rodeado de naturaleza. Se respira una paz y tranquilidad increíbles, es realmente un paraíso.

Nos habría encantado quedarnos más días, pero no fue posible por disponibilidad. Sin duda, cuando volvamos repetiremos sin pensarlo.

My stay in River Island definitely counts to one of the best stays I had. It is really hidden and a bit far from everything, perfect for the ones that look for a genuine Sidemen experience. The Owner Lady treats jer guest like family memebers and I have to highlight that the Breakfast was great. The terrain is a bit mysterious, like a magical garden. Originally I planned to stay 3 Night,but finally extended to 5 Nights. Maybe important to mention that Grab is difficult to book in the whole area, but the Lady can help with local drivers.
