We love going to the Pullman for a night away, it is always great!
Pros:

The staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful. The buffet is delicious!

Cons:

I couldn’t find the switch in the room to turn off a light by the coffee machine so woke me up a few times

Would definitely stay again and recommend
Pros:

Pool facilities were outstanding. Bed was comfy. Staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Only whinge was no bowls or glasses at breakfast.

Great stay made great by great staff and lovely facilities
Pros:

Clean, lovely decor, good spa, great price, great staff and yummy breakfast

Cons:

One room was not ready on arrival although staff lovely and apologetic about it. Gave us bottle of wine and cheese plate to make up for it. Plug sockets not well placed by beds and no Bluetooth speaker. Totally minor things as otherwise a fantastic stay
