Lovely hotel and conference venue but very basic in room coffee facilities.
Pros:

Lovely location away from the main CBD and excellent conference facilities on site. Comfortable bed. Room was clean and had a desk to work at too.

Cons:

No coffee pod machine in the room so reduced to freeze-dried granules - not what I expect of a hotel in this price range. The Accor App was very temperamental.

Really lovely hotel, will definitely return!
Pros:

Best bed ever! Staff were lovely, great facilities.

Cons:

Bar shut too early. Our group of 8 were coming back from a show at about 10:15pm and would’ve liked to have had a nightcap at the bar, but we checked online which said that the bar closed at 10:00pm. We went elsewhere for a nightcap but it would’ve been nice to have spent our money at the hotel and been close to bed.

A wonderful start to our New Zealand adventure!
Pros:

They had outstanding customer service! Breakfast was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond making our stay memorable, from the swimming (a little earlier than check-in) to making a box of breakfast items since I purchased the buffet but had to leave before it opened the second day. All of us had a great time.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly. Their Breakfast game is next level! Room 1750

Cons:

My bathroom drain was blocked and I got a different room than I expected. But everything else was so great.

Pros:

Location, sauna swimming pool. Staff. . Lovely bar restaurant comfy bed ect. . .

Cons:

Room and a few other things around the place seemed in need of a little bit of maintenance, light bulb out, shower drain over flowing balcony chair missing. And a few things seemed a little bit out dated from a year or so a go when we stayed. . Only little things but for the price would expect a bit more attention to detail.
