Pros:

The hotel is very well located but a but hard to find the parking lot. Rooms are very comfortable, no lift which could be tricky if you carry a big suitcases, as we did. Breakfast is absolutely amazing!! Service at the restaurant was impecable. Congratulations!

Pros:

Great location very centrla on the main square. Staff were friendly and provided recommendations. Didnt have breakfast but it is at the cafe 10 meters away across the (pedestrian) road - on arrivla day my fligth landed alte and they still let me have dinenr at aout 22:30 which was kind. Requested that they organise a taxi for me at the airport on arrival and that worked very well.

Pros:

Room was very comfortable, AC (for once in a hotel) was modern and easy to use. Breakfast was good, tasty and nutritious - not a buffet but you can order multiple items from the menu.

Cons:

My only complaint is that when I went to buy some peanuts from the reception they didn't have any.

Tolle Lage und toller Service!
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich – wir wurden sogar auf einen türkischen Kaffee eingeladen. Alles war sehr sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Trevligt boende mitt på gågatan.
Pros:

Det var trevligt och bra. Läget perfekt mitt på gågatan. Det finns inte hiss och det är ett antal trappor upp vilket man bör ha i åtanke vid bokning. Frukosten serverades på andra sidan gatan. Det gjorde inget. Omelett, kaffe och juice ingick i den bokade fukosten. Man kunde säkert beställa mer men vi nöjde oss så och alla var mätta och nöjda. Vi fick låta våra väskor vara kvar under hela dagen efter utcheckning och personalen hjälpte oss att boka taxi. Mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Spolknappen till toaletten var trasig så man fick ta bort kåpan och trycka på själva aggregatet bakom. men det var inget vi påtalade utan det gick fint.

Un séjour très décevant.
Pros:

Situation centrale

Cons:

Impossibilité d'accéder à l'hôtel en voiture car zone piétonne (obligation de marcher avec ses bagages (problème pour les PMR). Réception au premier étage avec une trentaine de marches (autre problème pour les PMR). Réceptionnistes distantes. Indications erronées sur l'accès à un parking voisin payant (la rue indiquée n'étant pas répertoriée sur les navigateurs). Petit-déjeuner servi dans un établissement de l'autre côté du boulevard et choix assez restreint.

Everything is perfect. Good location and best service. Bed is comfy and room is well renovated. Breakfast is opposite of the hotel, very nice and chill to sit outside to enjoy the breakfast and feel the vibe of Pristina. Highly recommended
