Great location, room and breakfast
Pros:

The room was well presented. The staff were helpful. The highlight was the breakfast which was cooked to order and very generous

Cons:

Very minor things. The reception is on the 1st floor but when I arrived at late night there wasn't a clear sign to direct me up. The toilet seat was slightly broken but it was still very clean.

Good location. Good service for the price.
Pros:

centrally located (though a little hard to find given that the pin on the map is not established properly).
clean rooms, spacious
furnished with coffee maker and kettle
breakfast included in a cute cofee shop nearby
good free wifi

Cons:

the pin on the google map was misplaced - for me as well as for my coworkers it took a bit to figure out how to access the building
the hotel is the first level of a block of flats, having no elevator and not accessible for persons with disabilities or challenges in climbing the stair to the first floor. This was mentioned on the website as well as in the confirming message for the booking, so they are transparent about this limitation.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, good location, spacious room
They don’t have laundry service officially, but you can pay the cleaning lady to help with putting your stuff through the hotel washing machine and dryer. The receptionist helped with translation and I payed a nominal fee.

Cons:

Stairs only, so it’s challenging if you have a large suitcase as you would have to drag it up a few steps to get to the ground floor, and then up 2 flights of stairs to the reception.
The towels definitely have to be replaced. I stayed for 5 nights, and every day I got fresh towels which were so frayed at the edges that I wouldn’t even use them as bath mats in my own home…

Pros:

Hotel Square by Margo sijaitsi keskeisellä sijainnilla. Hotellista oli suora yhteys kävelykadulle. Aamiainen vei kielen mennessään ja receptionin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Iso suositus tälle hotellille!

Nice stay in Pristina
Pros:

Very central location, nice staff, clean, good value for money, good breakfast at the nearby cafe.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, especially when 2 people are staying. Also I would appreciate a larger window as there was only a small one overlooking a back alley.

Pros:

Det var väldigt bra läge. Härifrån kan man promenera överallt. Det finns många fik och restauranger runtomkring hotellet.
Sängen var väldigt bekväm. Frukosten serverades på ett Café mittemot hotellet där man kunde beställa ifrån en speciell meny. Det var inte mycket att välja men det räckte för oss.
Receptionisterna var väldigt hjälpsam oavsett vad man behövde så löste de det.
Kaffe och vatten fanns på rummet första dagen sen fick man be om det.

Cons:

Vårat rum luktade avlopp. Man fick be om toapapper och kaffe nästan varje dag.
